Good, can be better

As a whole, the property is good, has everything you need, especially made for families with little children. It was very clean, staff came everyday to clean the room, also staff in general were very friendly and helpful.

Value for money is not met since the room was old and I reckon that more needs to be expected for such an amount of money.

We love Porfi Beach Hotel

Everything was as expected, a very warm and friendly staff starting from the reception where Nicholas offered us all the help then wherever you looked you saw the smile of Maria, the girl at the reception. If we talk about the restaurant and taverna side everything was extraordinary under the special supervision of Stelios who is a friend and a professional for each client. We will return with the same pleasure always to Porfi Beach Hotel always!🙏

Great little gem for a relax family vacay

Loved the stay! Private beach with calm, clear water in the morning, big pool, and a beautiful garden. Open-air dining by the ocean was perfect, food was tasty and well-priced, and breakfast was plenty. Each room gets 2 free beach chairs and an umbrella, which was super convenient. Friendly staff and even has live traditional shows some days—great vibes overall

The junior suite we stayed is located right next to the pool and water treatment system, which occasionally causes a sewer smell, and the bathroom consistently has a mild odor. The room is a bit run-down but large enough for family with 4, (9 and 5 yrs old kids). On days with strong currents, the sea can be murky, but most of the time it’s clear and beautiful, especially in the mornings. Nearby alternatives include Nikiti Beach or a 45-minute drive to Portokali Beach with turquoise waters. Water shoes are recommended for the pebble beach, and insect repellent is useful if you have small children. Despite these minor issues, the property is charming, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing, memorable stay. Parking is adequate, especially in the evenings when most guests are out. We always find empty spot during eveing or just park right out side of hotel and it works fine for us.

We liked the location which gave the opportunity to explore the region by car. A lot of great beaches only 20-30 minutes driving from the hotel. Also Nikiti old village was very charming and authentic.

We didn’t like the beach that much because of the find and waves and the water wasn’t very clear. Also the room was quite outdated (the shower, blankets, etc) and there were no glasses or water kettle in the room.

Lovely private beach, lush garden and close proximity to Nikiti

I had a truly wonderful stay at Porfi Beach Hotel near Nikiti. One of the best things about this place is its beautiful private beach with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available! The hotel is charming and spreads across beautiful grounds, with gardens that are very well maintained – lush, green, full of well kept plants and welcoming. The private beach is absolutely fantastic: soft yellow sand and plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds. Available sunbeds at all times of the day were in abundance so we always had at least few options to choose from, regardless of the time of the day we went to the beach. What makes it even more special are the pine trees that overlook the beach, giving it a natural, shaded charm. Our room was comfortable, with great air conditioning, comfy beds, and a spacious terrace outside where we could sit and relax in the evenings after delicious dinners. The swimming pool was large, clean, and very well kept with plenty of comfortable sunbeds provided. The half board buffet offered variety of salads which always tasted fresh and full of flavor, some variety of fish option was provided daily, with other nicely cooked meat options including lamb or pork also available. The food was delicious and we enjoyed absolutely every meal there. Open air tables were provided contributing to a lovely atmosphere for breakfast and dining; The waiting staff at the restaurant were very kind, energetic, polite and welcoming In the evenings we loved going for walks down a peaceful road outside the hotel, lined with charming villas and very little traffic. It felt safe, quiet, and relaxing for a short evening stroll. Parking was never an issue either. Even if the hotel’s spaces were full, there was always plenty of room just outside the property on a calm road. Overall, Porfi Beach Hotel gave us the perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and tranquility. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday close to Nikiti!

The quality of the water in the bathrooms did not seem drinkable, as it was quite salty. Of course, I would not normally drink from the tap, but whenever I brushed my teeth, I could taste saltiness. On the positive side, the water pressure was strong, and there was always plenty of hot water available for showering and washing through the day in a spacious bathroom with a tub.

All good, I recommend this hotel

Great breakfast and dinner. Plenty of food, well cooked. Fruits, sweets, everything was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean Private beach with sunbeds and umbrella.

Room was ok for 3 stars hotel but there was an unpleasant smell from the sewer. There wasn't to much natural light because there wasn't any window, just the front door and a back door to the balcony.

Everything, this was our third time staying at this hotel. It really has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cozy, clean rooms . Beautiful private beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge for the guests. Restaurant is great, various tasty food both for breakfast and dinner

A pleasant stay in a beautiful setting, with some room for improvement in comfort and facilities.

Porfi Hotel is a beautiful and spacious property surrounded by nature, with a peaceful atmosphere and well-kept grounds. The beach is quiet and scenic. The food (breakfast and dinner) was fresh and tasty overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although parking inside the premises is limited, street parking right outside the hotel was usually easy to find.

Parking inside the hotel premises is limited. Our room, although spacious, was one of the older ones and had two single beds instead of the double we requested. Occasionally, there was a slight unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The breakfast could use more variety. During dinner, water was not included and had to be purchased separately, although prices were reasonable. The beach was often noisy due to many children, and the sunbeds were quite worn out.

Enjoyed our stay!

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast and dinner buffet had plenty of options, well-cooked and delicious. The salad bar was exceptional. Excellent access to all facilities from our room. The pool was a nice alternative when the sea wasn't great, especially for the kids. I specifically liked the variations of areas you can sit and enjoy the view and/or read your book and others.

The sea wasn't always at its best- but this is outside the control of the hotel.

It is very clean, stuff was friedly and the property is like a garden.

The rooms are outdated, the wi-fi poor and the food repetitive and boring. Often we didn’t have warm water, even after we let it run for minutes. We were promiced a renovated room and got the old one with the excuse that the capacity is full, but it obviously wasn’t.

Greece is holiday!

I liked it because it was situated near Nikiti town where you can find a lot of great places to eat. We had fun at the swimming pool and at the hotel beach. The interior garden was awesome. You can find wonderfull beaches on Sithonia where the sand, services, water and the view are great.

I did not like that there are not a lot places to park inside the court. The breakfast was not various. The entrance from the road towards hotel is very dangerous.

all in all, our experience was amazing at Porfi Beach Hotel and if it weren’t for that first night, I would’ve rated it

the location was great - situated on the coast, surrounded by pine trees, with a picturesque stairway leading down to the beach the staff was friendly and accommodating the a la carte restaurant was also nice, fairly priced and with a good selection of traditional Greek food to try from

the day we got there, the receptionist put us in a standard double room with twin beds - although we booked the superior double and I specifically asked through booking.com for a double bed when I first booked the reservation, as I knew we were going to travel with our 1.5 year old that we cosleep with. The property confirmed both on the app and through email that they will accommodate us as per my request, but then we came after a 12+ hrs journey and were told to make do with a sheet over the twin beds and that she (the receptionist) can’t find my request in their email and she will have to further check things out - as if I could have fabricated an email from booking.com and the app pop up on my own. Ultimately, my partner talked things through with her and the receptionist finally agreed to let us move into another room with a double bed the next day, but the whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth after a long and exhausting day. after that first evening&night, things went on pretty smoothly and the staff was really friendly and helpful, as I was accustomed for Greek people to be!

Nice and cosy

the hotel is good value for money. family rested. surrounded by forest, very, very green in the hotel, lots of trees and bushes! breakfasts and dinners are also good, both fresh and tasty. The room is clean, large balcony. The furniture is old but normal. Friendly staff. The hotel has access to the beach with a lodge (free of charge).Nice taverna and deli in the hotel

I note that it is forbidden to bring your own water or any other drinks for dinner - water 2 €. this is the only minus that I can note in terms of nutrition. Huge minus - instead of a double bed - 2 single beds The furniture is old Bad internet connection

I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. They say that all rooms are renovated, it’s a lie. They gave us a small room, we barely had space to move, with a queen bed for 2 adults and one child, an old and broken sofa instead of a second bed. very small dresser, no place to put clothes for 3 persons for 11 days. the bathroom was a nightmare. wifi mostly not working, after 7 days the password expired, but no one informed us in advance. food was average, just not to starve, chairs and tables at the restaurant very dirty. hard to understand with stuff, english is not very familiar to them. i asked one small thing in the morning, but since the thing did no happened, i think she did not understood my request and just said”yes, yes” to get rid of me. also, very bad attitude on the guy from the reception.

perfect beach - natural pine tree shadow, enough sunbeds, sandy beAch, few rocks in the shallow waters, nice pool area and pool bar. the waiters were nice and especially the beach waiter Valentin was always helpful, smiling and quick. the water aerobics was nice, the barbecue and greek music night also. the food in the taverna was tasty and it is not in the HB price

the hotel has a good potential but badly managed, not enough cleaning staff, which couldn’t clean the rooms properly every day. we had at first a terrible ground floor room with smell of mold, ancient ac not cooling the room, broken shower cabin and etc but fortunately were replaced in a better one the first day thanks to cooperation by booking. there was no normal bread at breakfast for 7 days- only tasteless buns, the dinners were not tasty, with few exceptions like the mussels and calamari. the mosquitoes and wasps in the open area of the restaurant were a big issue. the wi fi is not good and even the last morning of our stay the free username and pass expired …

Nice family vacation

The food was ok, could be better for the price. The beach was excellent. The staff was very friendly.

The restaurant was full of wasps at all times during every meal. It was horrible. You could not have a relaxed breakfast/lunch/dinner without chasing tens of wasps around your plate. It's such a shame, for such a nice place. For the money paid for this vacation, we expected not to have this issue.

we were absolutely satisfied with the entire property! we loved our room with a balcony, the bed was so comfortable. I really loved the private beach and pool. The restaurant was some of the best that we had in our time there as well!
