The house is spaceous with a decent kitchen, a large living room, 2 large bedrooms(one has a baby crib; the double beds were comfortable) and 2 bathrooms(this was very important to us). There are 3 airconditioners that keep the place nice and cool. There is a laundry machine so for a longer stay that is convenient; the kitchen has a stove and a fridge, so you can store food and cook small meals; it has a coffee machine and coffee, salt, kitchen supplies etc. The yard is very nice and green, it has a big gazebo with a table and chairs for eating outside, as well as another table with chairs on the front porch; there is a barbeque in the garden that can be used; there are swings as well. There was a gardener there every morning watering the plants and cleaning the yard from fallen leaves and such. You can park one car in the yard behind the gate which is convenient. There is a grassy space to park at the end of the street, but this was better. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, it has a free zone and a zone with beach bars that allow you to use a sunbed and umbrella for a minimum sum consumation, which can be easily met if you have breakfast/lunch and a couple of drinks, the prices were very reasonable. The supermarket and some other small shops are about 1km away, it's an uphill walk so in the heat it's better to go there with the car.
There are a couple of small things, which if improved will significantly raise the level of comfort. 1) The bedsheets are a bit worn, so new ones will be much appreciated. 2) Put a small shelf in the showers(there are none), it will make it more comfortable to shower and not have to put your shampoo and things on the floor. 3) Put 2 nightstands in the bedrooms and extension cords for the power outlet, so both people can charge their devices on each side of the bed. 4) The toiletseat in the bathroom with the laundry machine is a bit wonky, maybe a screw is loose and needs fixing. 5) Change the lightbulbs in both bathrooms. 6) The showerhead in the en suite bathroom doesn't stay up in its setting, it keeps falling when the water is on. 7) There is a collection of random things and childrens' clothes, probably forgotten by previous visitors, that should be cleaned out.

service was great, very nice place, and very clean, the owner is so polite, we arrived earlier that the check in and he let us enter, the after we got out couple of hours late and that wasn’t a problem:)
the place got everything we needed and beyond, outside is so nice and comfortable, had a big barbecue and looks very nice and clean outside too.
i love this place, i will get it more and more time.

Perfect location which is couple minutes from the beach. The house is clean and comfy inside & there is a big green yard.
Also the host is really nice and helps with anything you need.
Great place overall, will definitely visit again.
