Mediterranean Resort with Garden, 500m from the Sea

I have been visiting Halkidiki for the past 12 years, staying in many different places over time, and this is honestly the first property that made me feel certain I would return again without doubt!! Our stay at the villa was truly enjoyable from beginning to end. The property was extremely clean in every detail, well maintained and better than presented in the photos. It had everything needed for a relaxing holiday, including reliable WiFi, air conditioning, huge private garden and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor area was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The spacious garden and seating area created a relaxing atmosphere for morning coffee and quiet evenings. The location was also excellent and just next to the beach, while still offering peace and privacy away from crowded areas. Communication with the host was smooth throughout the trip. They were welcoming, responsive, and helpful whenever needed, which made the experience even more pleasant. We genuinely had a wonderful time and would gladly choose this place again in the next vacation in Halkidiki.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation house. The house was exactly as described. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The huge private garden and outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings and evenings. The location is fantastic, just a short walk of 500m to the beach, yet tucked away in a quiet and serene neighborhood. One nice surprise was that you could observe the sea from a specific spot of the house. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Little details like fast WiFi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen really made a difference. I wish we could stay more. We would definitely come back again without hesitation!

Having visited the area regularly over the 15 years, I can easily say this property is one of the BEST places I’ve ever stayed. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, extremely clean and very well maintained. The view is outstanding, and the location couldn’t be better, peaceful, beautiful and just 3 minutes from sea. The internet was fast and reliable, plus everything in the house worked perfectly. As a medical doctor, I truly value cleanliness, safety, and a well kept environment and this property exceeded my expectations in every way. On top of that, the host went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, always ready with helpful recommendations and quick responses.
