Perfect for larger groups

Great space for larger groups. Everything was extremely clean and functional. Each room has its own AC unit, five (5!) units in total, so even though the room is a duplex with the upper floor being the top floor it was always cool and comfortable, even during the hottest days. Spacious balcony with a large table and plenty of seating, it was quite hot even in the afternoon during our stay so we didn't use it as mush as we would have otherwise. Large living room with plenty of space, comfortable seating and a large TV. Each bedroom also has its own TV but we never actually used them, only the one in the living room. As far as the amenities go, there are mosquito nets on all windows and doors, there's a large washing machine and even a dishwasher, a couple hairdryers, an iron with an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. For the location, there's a medium sized well stocked supermarket 5 minutes away and the beach is around 5-10 minutes away. Also, one thing we've noticed was the excellent sound isolation, we never heard any neighbors or the outside. All in all a great place for a vacation with family or friends.

Just a couple of minor things: - It's a bit further from the beach, but not too far. Around 400m until the beachfront, and a bit further if you want to sit at some other beach bars (recommended). - The upstairs floor is a bit on the low side, so taller people will need to duck their head a bit (on the stairs only). - There's was only one key available during our stay so it takes some communication and planning when splitting the group. There is an intercom system though, so the main building entrance can be opened from the upstairs.
