Perfect stay

Everything was perfect! The house is in a small village. The beach is just like on the pictures , it has sand and little rocks. In the part there is a big and long stone but the beach is very long and you can find parts with only sand. House has everything you need for long period of time- dishwasher, washing machine. Yes , the bathroom is small but comfortable. It has a lot hot water and no issues. Garden is beautiful, too , with bbq area. In the village you can find a few restaurants. It is very calm village , maybe would be a little boring for kids. The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes walk. We were a couple with a dog and feel just like home. Definitely would back again.

House is with two apartments in one yard which is not mentioned at first.

Peace and serenity. Great place to recharge your batteries

The location is great if you are looking for peaceful relaxing holiday which is what we were looking for. The beach is right across the house you have a restaurant just a few steps away from you and a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Also if you want to visit busier places everything is 10-15min drive from the house we personally visited a different spot every day.

All of it was what we expected and more.

Fantastic location and really nice villa, me and my family had a lovely stay at Azzuro. Andreanneta was so welcoming and ready to help with any requests. We would definitely recommend and be back.

Intimate cute villa on the beach, perfect for families, especially newborns

The villa is well equipped, strong AC and even without using it the house was having good temperature. Beautiful garden, terance with great view of course as the beach and sea is at just few steps away. I recommend for families with newborns, especially as you can just stay on the terrance in early mornings (for aerosoli) or go to each in 1 minute without stressing on packing. We loved the place, we extended our stay by 2 nights and are planning to come back definitely.

Unfortunately, the Municipality had Construction in front of the house, noise and unable to park. The premise does not have private parking. Parking can be actoss the street, on the beach side. Not many restaurants around

Excellent view, but too many troubles...

If you look for complete piece and silence, this is the right place for you. It was exacly what we were looking for, due to our busy working schedules... Complete getaway! The house is very nice for a summer beach house, and most of it we have liked the small yard and the sea view veranda where we have enjoyed our coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening,while listening to the waves... There is parking place right in front of the entrance to the yard, and the whole village of Sozopoli is safe, we were leaving our stuff and clothes outside, as well the kid's toys and there was never an issue. The beach in front of the house has stones and cannot be used, but just in a walking distance of 5 min, there is an excellent beach and most important not crowded with nice restaurant and very attentive staff. We were worried that we will have partying neighbors, but we were very lucky of having quiet neighbors.

We don't think that the house is a good value for money due to a lot of issues connected to the house maintenance. To start with day one, just 5 minutes after our arrival we have remained locked outside the house as the door handle can be opened only with a key, of course we didn't know, the key remained inside the house and we have ended up waiting an hour and a half at 2 pm with a small 2 years old kid for lock specialist to come to open the house. To top it up we had to pay 50 euro for one minute work. When we have tried to complain to the support center from Halu, the answer was that in Greece all the houses are like this, sorry but we are not Greek and a simple sign will be more helpful for your customers. Other issue we have encountered is that there is a constant lack of proper electric power supply, so we were not able to use the electric stove, the coffee machine and the sandwich toaster. It took us 15 minutes to toast a sandwich and afterwards we have decided not to use it all. We had to buy our own coffee machine as we couldn't use the one in the house, simply was not starting, probably burned out.. I wanted to cook something for the kid, but unfortunately was not possible, only once I have managed to boil eggs in 20 minutes... The water in the shower also has not enough power, and on two evenings was no hot water as well. In the yard there is some kind of barbeque facilities with an outside sink from which my husband got electric shock. When we have called the support center , they have told us that they will send us an electrician and that everything is under control, but nobody arrived. There were also electric cables everywhere outside the yard and we didn't feel safe with a small kid running around... When we have complained again the answer was that everything is under control...

Relaxing quiet location with unspoilt beach (miles long) and property was in excellent condition.

Location was excellent with an unbroken view of the sea. Beach easy access across from property and was very quiet and unspoiled. Property well maintained with efficient A/C. Fish restaurant at end of beach was excellent.

Very few restaurants - but resort appeared to be self catering units.

Griechenland 2023

Die Lage direkt am Strand. Alle notwendige Utensilien waren vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank waren ein paar Flaschen mit Wasser, für Kaffeemaschine waren auch paar Kapseln da und für Waschmaschine ebenso.

Das Bad war nicht so durchgedacht. An der seite wo die Armaturen sind war keine Abdeckung so dass beim Duschen, das Duschwasser überall verteilt war. Es richte muffig. Die Tür zwischen Wohnzimmer und Terrasse hat ein Fliegennetz, ist schwergängig und lässt sich nicht ganz zumachen. In der Gegend sind sehr viele Mücken.
