Bad water (salty, cannot wash yourself). It appears that the villas are very poorly designed in terms of fresh water supply. This gets obvious by the bathroom deterioration, poor rust areas and faucets/showers making it impossible to wash properly. Not to mention our kids were reluctant to wash their teeth due to very salty faucet water. Upon arriving we could not open the villa with the provided code. Calling host numbers was not working. Nice lady neighbor shared a plaque with instructions to use WhatsApp. No such thing was mentioned in Booking contract. If it wasn’t her we could have waited for hours despite our booking Bar place for lunch/dinner is absolutely unimaginable if more than 4 adults visit the villas Pool is dirty. With tiles having signs of long year deterioration. Villas are already deteriorating. No proper maintenance or cleaning. Booking site pictures are old. Bathrooms smell like sewage and an attempt to cover this with a rubber lid is absolutely unacceptable (see picture) Bad internet connection. For such “premium villas” internet was absolutely terrible. I will leave Google Reviews with evidence from the Speed test analysis

Obiekt wygodny, nowoczesny. Bardzo miła obsługa. Dla tych, którzy chcą przygotowywać posiłki we własnym zakresie wyposażenie kuchni wystarczające (mogłaby być zmywarka ale jej brak to też nie problem). Blisko plaża, w odległości do 6km można smacznie zjeść.

Czystość w obiekcie. Na pierwszy rzut oka niby czysto ale to raczej powierzchowne sprzątanie. Deska w toalecie zepsuta, umywalka popękana. Oczekiwałabym przynajmniej wymienionej deski i oczywiście porządnego sprzątania przed wejściem kolejnych gości.

Die Lage war super, die Betten bequem und genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Pool war ein tolle Bonus.

Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war nicht nutzbar, das Einparken leider unmöglich, auch wenn unser Auto kleiner gewesen wäre. Die Villa war nicht rein, Haare, Staub und Spinnweben überall, die Küchengeräte und Utensilien waren nicht sauber. Salzwasser im Bad und der Küche war sehr unangenehm und nichts wird damit gut gereinigt. Die Terrassen sind doch nicht rauchfreie Zone, wie in der Beschreibung mitgeteilt, es wurde leider rechts und links von uns viel geraucht.
