I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a wonderful stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design and cleanliness.
The hotel’s location is perfect – close to the beach and restaurants.
What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Nice, professional reception, big room (Junior suit), with balcony and view to the beach. Water bottle for free. Short distance to "mid-town" and beach. Breakfast ala carte was very good. I found a public parking space right in front of the hotel (which is also a restaurant).
"Inhouse playground" was quite loud in the evening. Smell coming out of the bathroom sink.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of city center, a bit noisy at night but not a problem at all with closed doors. Room was clean and ready when we arrived, check in was about 2 minutes, total. Parking is available not on site but near by in a gated private parking lot. Would come and stay again!
Only complaint is the wifi. It was horrible during the day cutting on and off constantly, ranging from 0.5 to 2 mbps ,only working late at night when everyone is sleeping.

Only the location was really good, right in the city center.
This was out 4th time this year in Greece, and my 7th stay in Nea Kalikratia in the last 4 years and it was the most expensive stay in Greece for 2025 and also the worst room-wise. As far as i gathered the photos on the booking website were from the renovated second floor and our room was on the 3rd floor and clearly not renovated. It was very small, my husband is 195 cm tall and his legs were sticking out from the bed. The bed was also really narrow and not big enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The room was really small and dark. The bathroom was not good at all - the sink was outside the bathroom and in the room. There was no shower head and after complaining, the bartender came and installed a new shower head on our second day + a safety box which was also missing from the room. Honestly, i love the location but that was it. The room could have been cleaner - yes the cleaners took out the trash everyday but only that - i made the bed myself, the sheets and towels were not changed once in our 4 days there.
