Sani Pool Beach Villa

Beautiful setting, villa is surrounded by pine trees, very well maintained, backyard all day in natural shade, quiet place, absolutely private. Large swimming pool with kid’s section 10 m from property line, most of the time unoccupied, but pristine clean. Amazing service-Rafail went above and beyond to save the day! Our stay was absolutely wonderful, but what truly blew us away, was the incredible hospitality and quick action of our property manager, Rafail. In chaotic moment while checking out, one of our friends accidentally mistook a bag containing all of our dirty laundry for trash and threw it into the outside garbage container. We were devastated when we arrived home and we realized what happened. We immediately contacted Rafail and he jumped into action without a second thought. He personally tracked down the disposal situation, located the correct container, and managed to retrieve our bag safely. It was incredibly messy and unpleasant situation, but Rafail handled it with absolute grace, kindness and professionalism. He truly cares about his guests and treats them like family. We cannot thank him enough for saving our clothes and our trip! If you are booking a property managed by Rafail, know that you are in absolute best hands. He is a stellar property manager and fantastic human being. Five stars is not enough!

Proximity of the beach. Although only 5 min by car it’s not possible to access any other way. Some people visit beach with regular car, don’t know how they manage very steep incline opposite way, need to engage 4x4 couple of times. It’s not possible to walk uphill with small kids.

The villa is tucked away in a beautiful courtyard that offers maximum privacy. It is very clean, well equipped with everything you could need on vacation. The pool is also very clean and well maintained. Compliments to Rafail who was very responsive.

From the pictures, we didn't realize that the second bedroom (with two separate beds) was on the gallery, accessed by wooden (steep) stairs, which was inconvenient because of the children, but in the end it didn't spoil the overall impression.

We recently stayed at this lovely accommodation nestled in a pine forest on the Kassandra Peninsula, Greece. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. The location was truly picturesque, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Waking up to the soothing sounds of nature was a refreshing experience. The proximity to pristine beaches and hiking trails added to the allure. The pool was amazing!

I did miss having a shower head holder. However, we managed just fine without this, and it didn't significantly impact our stay.

Property is in fantastic place. Comfort, privacy, garden - it was great! Appartment is specious, very well equiped with really everything you need during your stay (looks more like regular aprtment in which somebody realy lives - it has everything). Outside is beautiful, garden is big and very nice. Pool area is superb, like a Hollywood! :-) Our host was excelend and came in 1.30 am to wait for us (trip to Sani/Greece took more time than I thought). That was very nice from him. We left apartment at 11.30 but our host told us that we can leave whenever we want since that day no new guests were coming. Nice again.

Property interior is little bit old, but that was not important looking to whole picture with everything else we got. Worst thing is that we stayed there only 8 days :-(
