Exceptional gateaway place.

We had such a joyful time at the villa! The pool was absolutely lovely—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing afternoons. The garden was immaculate and clearly very well maintained, which added so much charm to the overall atmosphere. Everything about the stay felt peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and serene getaway. Would definitely come back!

Big green territory and house, swimming pool, many places for pleasant rest (pool, terrace, garden etc), good location (rather distant from busy places). The house is clean and you can find everything necessary inside. 5 min car trip to the beach, 15 min walk to NeaPotidea where you can find traditional Greek tavernas with tasty food.

Everything was great at Vila Kalimera, and this is not a compliment, it is true! We arrived so easy at Vila Kalimera, following the instructions received from the owner. We got in, and that was the moment when we really were impressed: every centimeter in the yard was well thought to make the guests feel amazing, and in the house everything you needed was there and so clean !!!! And believe me, to be able to say all these things coming in vacation with 3 kids, this means something, and I'm sure the parents understand what I'm saying. We felt amazing, I'm sure we will come back in vacation at Vila Kalimera!

Home away from home

We absolutely loved the large garden with all the barbecue and relaxing facilities - for me nothing spells holiday better than hanging in the hammock and listening to the crickets :) The house is also equipped with everything you can wish for in terms of modern conveniences. The beach and the shops were within easy reach (by car). Our dog was very happy in the garden, there were both sunny spots and shadowed ones, and we could leave her safely there and go diving during the day.

There is only one bathroom which can get crowded in the morning when everyone wants to use it. However, there is a shower outside in the garden which is reducing the waiting time a bit. If you cook a lot at home, then you will have to wash a lot of dishes manually.

The host had excellent communication skills, was courteous and very helpful. The villa was easy to find and was at an excellent location, close at Potidaea beach. The villa was exceptionally clean, fully equipped, and had everything we asked for and more! The pictures on the website do not do it justice. Hope we get the chance to stay there again. Thank you very much Anestis for all your help, much appreciated! 11/10

Grüne Erholung im Olivenhain im Ferienhaus mit toller Gartenanlage und Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung

Schöne Lage im Olivenhain trotz Nähe zur Schnellstraße, sauberer Pool und schöne Gartenanlage mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum entspannen und draußen essen. Zur Begrüßung stand ein toller Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein bereit. Schlüsselübergabe selbst bei nächtlicher Ankunft mittels Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top, er hat sogar aufgrund der kühlen Temperaturen dickere Bettecken zur Verfügung gestellt. Kurzer Weg zur Schnellstraße und damit jederzeit zu Ausflügen auf Kassandra ohne lange Anfahrtswege.

Die Sauberkeit im Bad und den Küchenschränken hätte besser sein können, aber es waren Putzmittel zur freien Verfügung vorhanden, so dass ich nachhelfen konnte. Etwas mehr Besteck und eine Spülmaschine bei 5 Leuten wären eine sinnvolle Ergänzung, da ein Waschbecken defekt war und das zweite fast zum Ende des Urlaubes auch den Geist aufgegeben hat. Der Vermieter hat jedoch immer freundlich und hilfsbereit reagiert. Am Grill war im Mülleimer leider noch der Müll der Vormieter enthalten, das hat die Reinigungskraft übersehen. Das Hundegebell der angrenzenden Grundstücke war nachts zeitweise anstrengend, aber es sind halt Wachhunde. Das sollten die Nachmieter nur wissen. Mit Ohrstöpseln unsererseits konnten wir dennoch immer mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus, es ist es sehr gut ausgestattet . An viele kleine Details wurde gedacht. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Super wöchentlicher Poolservice.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Наличие своей большой территории, автоматические ворота, своя парковка для двух машин, самостоятельное прибытие, в доме было все необходимое, до мелочей, нас ждал презент в виде вина и фруктов, была вода в холодильнике питьевая! Отличный собственный бассейн! Были всевозможные мелочи для комфортного пребывания! Мы остались в восторге! Спасибо хозяевам!

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit herrlichem Pool.

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit wunderbaren Pool.Der Garten war sehr schön und einladend.Der Vermieter war sehr fürsorglich und meldete sich mehrmals per SMS ob alles o.k. ist.Zur Begrüßung stand ein Obstkorb ,Kekse ,Wein und Wasser da.Super nett.

Leider war es ziemlich laut ,da in unmittelbaren Nähe die Autobahn ist.Auch die Sauberkeit war etwas wünschenswert,vor allem die Küche.
