The house is really centrally located, has a car park in front of the property. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 at ground floor and one at first floor, each with bathroom. It must be recently renewed as the furniture was all new. The kitchen was full of everything was needed. The city of Afytos is probably the best in the entire area and from the hours in just 5 minutes you are in the middle of life with full of restaurant and bars. The owner is very approachable and friendly and give us good advises for the evening.
The wooden floor is noisy, so if during the night somebody walks in the first floor, the ones sleeping below is really annoyed. What was really annoying, is that I have found a beetle in the bathroom at the upper floor (during the mighty).

המקום נראה כמו בית מהאגדות, נקי, מעוצב יפיפיה עם תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים. מיקום מעולה בכניסה לסמטאות, יש חנייה פרטית ממש מול הבית. בבית שני חדרי שינה, סלון קטן ומטבח מאובזר עם כל הכלים שצריך+ מדיח כלים. תמורה מעולה למחיר. המארחים מקסימים.יש שני חדרי שירותים + מקלחת (אחד מהם הוא אמבטיה שנמצאת בתוך החדר ומופרדת בפרגוד עץ). יש במקום גם מכונת כביסה ומרפסת קטנה עם מתלה לייבוש. אחד המקומות המקסימים שהייתי בהם.
הבית ממש על הרחוב, שומעים מידי פעם מכוניות ואופנועים שעוברים.
