The location is very good, 15 min on foot from the seaside and no beach bar anywhere near at last. There is a parking space The place was very clean and quiet, the air conditioning works well, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is handy; the fridge is big and works well The wifi worked well for 5 people The whole territory is amazing, inside a forest, with hiking opportunities August is crowded mainly at weekends; otherwise it is ok

There are a lot of minor things that create a bad impression. Not even one bottle of water as a welcome gesture, as we were informed after our check-in that the water is not drinkable We stayed 7 nights; the cleaning was to be every 3 days; we got one cleaning and one change of sheets and towels There are some things outside that need attention. The wooden dividers to neighbouring houses are in terrible condition. Some metal furniture is completely rusty .We spoke to the manager about 2 door handles that needed fixing, as the main door is hard to lock and a room handle keeps coming out of place. Not fixed We noticed an unpleasant smell from the plumbing at midday and night, mainly at the front terrace. This is combined with the fact that one ventilator is missing from the outside, which made the stay very difficult The backyard is unorganised, and the access to the basement is not safe Some visible wall cracks ruin the good impression of the house. Some these things could have been prevented or fixed before our stay with minor effort

We had problems with wather and washing mashine, but in a day owner fix it! He is really great guy!

Къщата беше много приятна, двата двора с високи дървета бяха прекрасно място за сутрешно кафе и вечерна почивка.
