Nice holiday

We really enjoyed our stay to Mola Papaya. It is minutes away ( by car) to different beaches . Has nice restaurants nearby with great views.( walk distance) . The room was clean and lovely decorated, they have a nice garden with barbecue facilities. We would like to thank Anastasia the manager who is so nice and goes above and beyond to help . She answered promptly to any queries but also provided us with lots of information about the area.

During the night you can hear the outside noise because it's close to a road. I believe a mosquito net it's need it to the balcony door ( if can be fitted ) and some black out curtains. The beach across the road has stones and you can't really enjoy it.

Beautiful yard and cozy room!

The yard is exceptionally beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The room is cozy, clean, and has everything you might need — it even comes with an air fryer! The place is pet friendly, which we really appreciated. There are several nice tavernas nearby. The closest beach is rocky and not very comfortable, but if you have a car, there are many beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Totally recommend!

Perfect for beautiful and peaceful times

The location of the hotel is next to the sea and 15 15-minute drive to Kalithea which has shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and has almost all the facilities you need. Our host Anastasia was super helpful and kind. Perfect for a calm holiday

The bathroom is too small and the shower doesn't have a proper cover which makes so easy to wash the bathroom floor during the shower

We had an amazing stay at Mola Papaya Studios in Mola Kalyva. The place is clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up, with everything we needed. The atmosphere is relaxing,the location is perfect and the host is incredibly welcoming and helpful. We felt at home right away and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended we’ll definitely be back.

Memorable stay

One of the most beautiful places we've stayed in Greece. It really exceeded our expectations. Anastasia, the owner, has built a piece of heaven at Mola Papaya. Such a beautiful garden, so safe, so clean. Nespresso coffees on the house everyday, towels changed everyday, smiles on the personnel faces everyday. Bed and pillows were clean and and comfortable. Thank you so much for making our holiday memorable.

The location of the property is simply excellent – peaceful, quiet, and ideal for families who want to relax. The services provided are fair and exactly as described. Several beautiful beaches can be reached within a short drive, and the good infrastructure makes it easy to explore the whole area comfortably. Cleanliness is at a very high standard, everything was well maintained and tidy. Mrs. Anastasia is an extremely kind and welcoming host who made us feel at home from the first moment. Overall, this is definitely a place worth staying, and we would be happy to return!

green oasis at high standards

The place is extremeley well taken care of, very clean and convenient if you are travelling with kids - they can walk around freely in the wonderful garden. Though the room is quite compact, it is equipped with everything you might need - we particularly enjoyed the nespresso coffee machine and the pods, which were regularly replenished. The room and terrace were cleaned on a daily basis and the towels were also changed daily. We were impressed with the high quality of everything provided and the attention to detail. Anastasia is a great host and she provided us with a lot of useful information upon our arrival.

There was traffic noise on the terrace, as the building we stayed in (the newer one) was close to the main road. However, the positives of this place far outweigh this inconvenience.

Very small studio, didn't get what we booked. Complaints from owner about our Labrador (service dog , by the way it doesn't need to be pet friendly). No matter what big or small dog, doesn't matter it is pet friendly accommodation. Need improvements in communication and needs for guests. Мaking false accusations in his own defense is not at all professional and fair. Shame. (it's not an apartment, it's a studio)

We had a very pleasant stay here overall

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again 1) the place is really clean 2) has a modern design and seems to be quite new and well mentained 3) the kitchenette was well equipped with coffee machine, sandwich maker, small electrice stove, pans, etc. 4) really large balcony with sea view 5) free parking space 6) the host was very helpful and responsive to our needs 7) there's a large and very well mentained garden, with sunbeds, a barbecue and kids playground

Not major issues, but worth mentioning: 1) the rooms are quite small, we had to move a table on the balcony to extend the sofa as a second bed and in general we had to do space management to be able to do basic stuff. 2) the place is not as near to a good beach or even good restaurant choices, so you're kind of dependent each day on the car. the beach near the hotel is very rocky and narrow, won't recommend it for a familly with kids. There are two restaurants in the area with good ratings, but they were mediocre at best. 3) we had a flying ants situation in the room but the host was very responsive and solved it in a few hours.

A new, modern facility, with a beautiful garden. It was created with attention to every detail and maintained with care. The rooms are modern, decorated with taste, well equipped and perfectly clean. The terrace is very comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. I loved the coffee machine and the complimentary coffee available throughout the whole stay. The surrounding is very quiet - we slept really well. At the end of every day, the playground was a "must" for our son. Mola Papaya is a perfect place for travelers like me, who think that good and comfortable accommodation is important for a pleasant holiday! I warmly recommend it! :)

Perfect stay - away from the buzz but near to everything

Our host contacted us upon arrival to check our arrival time and was prompt to meet us at the property with the keys and useful information about the area. The room was very clean with great soundproofing. The bed mattress could have been better but the pillows were very comfy to compensate. The property's garden is just beautiful and well maintained. Room was kept impeccable, being cleaned basically every single day. There's a small market and 3 taverns within walking distance. We only ate at Galini and we certainly recommend you go there. Even though we're coming for more than 10 years to Greece, this was our first time in Kassandra so we took the time to explore the entire area. We came to the conclusion that if you're looking for peace and quiet at night while you're 20-30 minutes drive away from most interesting towns and beaches, this is the perfect base camp!

Amazing property

We stayed at Mola Papaya for a week with my husband. The room was excellent, clean, amazing view and great location. Anastasia was super helpful and gave us directions on where to eat and what beaches are nearby. The property is 30 min away from Paliouri beach - the best sandy beach in the area. We will be back for sure :)

Extremely romantic and positive outcome

First thing we noticed: everything in the studio was located exceptionally convenient, just comfortable and useful. There is nothing extra or redundant. View is beautiful, every room has it! Bathroom is great, clean and fresh, no problems with hot/cold water or soap/body gels. Balcony is awesome, not big and not small, in comparison to living area it has perfect size, we enjoyed our breakfasts there. In general the studio is perfect just for 2. Territory of the place is very well organized, a lot of shadows if you want chill, chairs, tables, and especially hammocks! Everything around is green and beautiful. Surrounding area out of the place is also good, several small beaches, clean sea with crystal colors of water. I can recommend going to the beach just after Galini fish tavern (which also good one!! I can recommend), it is only 5 min walk from the place. Also village grocery shop just in 2 min walk, not that big as supermarket, but you can always found something to buy, with working hours is till midnight. It was super quite, heard sea noise at night with owls. Btw air conditioning in the studio located very smart and it does not touch your bed with cold air directly, so you can enjoy sleep with coolness whole night. The studio is very well equipped, even bluetooth speaker of good quality. I can say Mola Papaya Studios made really great impression on me! Definitely worth every penny. Anastasia was really kind and helpful during our stay. p.s. I would say a car required if you want reach that place and enjoy everything around it (possidi beach - worth to visit, it is nearby, 15min by a car), there is plenty of free parking space almost everywhere in Halkidiki and at the studios place as well.

The host was very polite and flexible, she was waiting for us till the midnight for check in even the check in time was precisly mentioned that is till 22h. Perfectly clean studio , very nice and exotic garden, only 1min to the nearest beach and very nice coffe bar with view near by.I recomend it for relaxing family vacation.
