Tesis kesinlikle çok temiz kullanışlıydı. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Mutfak ekipmanları ev içindeki eşyalar çok güzel ve yeniydi. Evle ilgili herşey gayet iyiydi
Bulduğu bölgede çok sık şekilde elektrikler gitti. İlk gün gittiğimizde çok fazla yağmur ve fırtına olmuştu bundan ötürü geçici sandık ama sonrakiler günlerde de sıklıkla gitti :( ayrıca yeni bir bölge olması sebebiyle neredeyse her gün ya inşaat sesi ya logar tamir sesi oldu :( bu biraz rahatsız edici oldu yoksa bölge ormanın dibinde ve sakin bir yerdi. Mesela bir gün akşam üzeri havuz keyfi yaparken birden çimenleri biçmeye biri geldi, hemen biter gibi düşündük ama küçücük alanı yarım saatten fazla biçti biz de o gürültüde havuzda oturamadık :(
