Everything was perfect. Place is great for vocation, peace and quiet, we felt like we were our home. You dont need anything elese for relaxing. We felt bad for staying for only 5 nights. Chrisitina is great host!

Perfect and cosy house with specatular view

Very nice house with very nice garden, nice pool and spectacular view over the sea and to mount Olymp. Right next to it there are beautiful hiking paths along the coast up to Sani Beach or down to Siviri. Within 10 minutes by foot you can reach two nice beaches.

Stunning villa, best pool ever, lovely views, tranquil .

Stunning location , property immaculate and well thought out, lovely and private as next door was empty . We loved the views over the coast, and one of the best , cleanest pools we have had use of . The gardens are well maintained and pristine. The host is keen to offer help and is easy to contact, although once installed we didnt really contact her or her very eager to please dad who did the handover. There are several supermarkets round and about although the roads are quite winding and it takes a day or so to get your bearings. Would I stay again, absolutely I would . Highly recommend this property. I loved our stay.

Really this is only a little thing , it would make all the difference though . Although the handover for the house, and how everything works was very thorough , there was no guest book, or information folder for the local area ( best beaches, how to get there, restaurants etc ). Our restaurant choices were a bit hit and miss. The property is quite difficult to find, there are no house names or numbers, and google didnt quite know which road to point us up. A map , or instructions telling us to turn right by the municipal bins would have been perfect :) Also a welcome pack with some basics - milk , water, juice, bread, wine would be nice. Its quite unusual not to have one and as this is not at the cheaper end of the scale, that might make all the difference. But honestly that would mean I would give it 10/10

I say the location was perfect. Christina the owner is a very nice person and she will give you all the details for your stay. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 wc, kitchen with all appliances necessary with an open space with dinning room. It has 2 AC's that is great in hot summer days. Outside is a very nice pool with a very good maintenance. A large green space around villa is perfect for outside games. The beach, supermarket and tavernas can be reach by car. The beach is 3 min driving, with 15 eur you can rent 2 chairs and umbrella for all day on front row. On the back row is 10 eur and drinks are included in this amount. LIDL supermarket is 10 min driving. Taverna's on city Siviri is 5 min driving. Our stay was perfect.

There was nothing to dislike. One advice to Christina, for family with children to put on the garden some playground pieces for children's.

The house is beautifully decorated, with perfect location and excellent pool, which is a very good option for this location.

The house needs maintenance, silverware was dirty, the couch smelled and the beds were quite uncomfortable. The grill is in very bad condition. The air conditioners were stopping, even when the door was closed, which at night creates problems.
