Great, well equipped, out of town villa with pool.

Lovely villa with great pool. We were two families with 4 adults and 4 teens from 17 to 14. Kids had their own apartment upstairs with 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds, own shower room, kitchenette, fridge, etc. Parents had a double bedroom each with own shower rooms. Their own covered seating terrace with the apartment with sea views. Everything you need for self catering, well equipped kitchen indoors, great outdoor BBQ area, sink, food prep area. Kids were happy with internet speed .... Lounge area with internet connected TV so they could keep on top of YouTube and whatever other rubbish they need to watch to stop their lives falling apart. Pool was very welcome, clean with pool guy coming a couple of times a week to check the water quality. Nice garden area for relaxing, secure if you have younger children. Great air conditioning inside house, upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of towels for a week's stay but there is a washing room with washing machine if needed. Bakery van comes at 8am every morning, beeps his horn when arriving. Excellent produce and not expensive. (Cash only) Very easy communication with the owner, he responded to any questions within 5 minutes. 😁

Couple of suggestions for the villa. Myself and wife had the second shower room. The shower needs a shower curtain. It's difficult not to flood the bathroom and outside hallway when showering. It would be great to have some pull down blinds around the outside kitchen area, the sun comes from all sides at different times if the day and obviously is hot! The tiles outside the villa close to the pool are slippery when wet, just be aware. Other points to note that are not due to the villa itself, just to know for guests. There are mosquitos at sunrise and sunset so take some decent spray. We are used to this living in Slovenia... The villa is out of town, not sure how you would cope without a vehicle. 10 minute drive to town, shops and restaurants. The area directly around the villa is perhaps not the prettiest. One thing we couldn't get our heads around, there seems to be no regular organised rubbish collection system with rubbish bags having to be dropped off at various points on the roadside around the area. No recycling policy that we could see. I wondered if the refuse collection people were on strike but apparently not.

Lovely house for vacation, both indoor and outdoor spaces are created to provide good family gathers

We travelled with our big family of 6 adults, 2 babies and 1 dog. The house is spacious, clean and modern. Everything is touched, floorings, furniture, bathrooms is created with great taste. Nice and fresh linens and towels are provided in each of the three bedrooms. The hosts were so nice to provide two baby cots at no extra charge. There are also three bathrooms, for more privacy. Kitchen is fully equipped and convenient except of a dishwasher. The garden is so green and fabulous with dinning area, lounch and sunbeds area. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are created to provide good family gathers. The host treat as so well! He had thought of everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible, starting with fresh fruits, big chilled bottles of water, coffee capsules, even charcoal for the barbecue outside. Area is at a distance to the nearest village and for those who want to have a rest in peace and quite is perfect. However, in just 5 minutes by car you can reach the village where there are shops, bakeries, and a restaurants. The nearest beach, 3-5 min walking distance, is wild and small, no bar, no lifeguard but also no crowd and so lovely romantic. The most popular and preferred beaches are 5-10 min distance by car.

Exceptional

Amazing place! Perfect place for a family vacation far from the noise and crowds. Clean, quiet, modern, equipped with everything you need. The host is nice and kind and always available for help and advice. The beach is 5 minutes walk, also there are beautiful beaches nearby, which can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. There is a great fish shop for fresh fish nearby (2 km from the house). We will definitely choose it again! Thanks to the hosts for the wonderful vacation!

Excellent villa, we would gladly stay there again

Everything about the villa and the host. There was enough of everything: enough pillows, enough toilet paper, etc. The host was always available. He was answering our questions almost immediately. The villa was pleasantly cooled before our arrival, and it was never too hot in the villa, although the outside temperatures were very high. I enjoyed the garden very much, our little dog too.

The location of the villa was a bit tricky, at least for us. We kept getting lost every time we left the villa and on the way back. But it did not spoil out satisfaction.

Баните бяха много мръсни! И на двете канала им беше запушен и тоалетните бяха под всякаква критика.
