The view of the sea was stunning.
Very spacious, clean, and bright apartments.
Very close to the sea — just a 5-minute walk — and also close to the center, about a 7–10-minute walk.
Very good kitchen with almost new appliances and everything you need.
Great sunrises over the city and sunsets over the sea.
You can easily find parking near the location.
The number of stairs up to the 4th floor, if this could be a problem for someone. There is no elevator.
For us, it was not a problem because we knew about it in advance, and we were perfectly fine with it.

La situation à proximité immédiate du centre ville de la plage des restaurants et un parking gratuit. Mais surtout une vue exceptionnelle qui n est pas surfaite dans les commentaires. EQuipement de grandes qualités Clim parfaite !

Ίσως απ’ τα καλύτερα που έχουμε μείνει εξαιρετικό πεντακάθαρο με ό,τι χρειάζεσαι ευγενέστατη οικοδεσπότης στο κέντρο της Καλλικράτειας με τα πόδια σε ούτε 5 λεπτά ταβέρνες καφετέριες και παραλίες το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε ευχαριστούμε πολύ
