The perfect location in Nea Kalikratia!

The host is wonderful! We arrived earlier than expected, but we were able to let our baggage on the flat and go straight to the beach. :) The flat was very, very clean and with all the facilities. Also, it is located really close to the beach/ restaurants. It's also big enough for 6 adults and 2 children!!! Thank you so much Effie (our host) for everything, if we ever come back to Nea Kalikratia we will definitely stay on your wonderful flat again!

A little bit warm over the night (that is why I can't go for 10/10 on my review :(( ). To be honest, there was a crazy week in Greece with over 36°C degrees during the day. There is only one air conditioning equipment in the living room and if you want to have like 23°C in the 2 bedrooms you need to let it run for 24h...Anyhow, overall the flat and the host were great! We really enjoyed our stay in Nea Kalikratia! I truly appreciate and recommend this location.

Fully furnished fully equipped, to the smallest details. Clean and roomy. Great for family. close to everything but quite from the busy area's. Efi our host was perfect, Great hospitality, kind, smiley, with high awareness of service. Short distance walk from the beach and the water park. Short drive to waterland and the airport. A local tavern next door, and great places to eat all around.

Great location

We spent a few days in this beautiful location.The apartment is beautiful, spacious, with a big balcony and very close to the beach. It was verry good equipped, clean, with all needed amenities (towels, soap, etc). We had a verry nice surprise when we entered the apartment, the owner welcomed us with a bottle of white wine and also for our daughter she prepared a very nice surprise :a coloring book with colored pencils and sweets. My daughter was very happy with the present. We highly recommend this apartment and we wish Efi our host, all the best and hope we see again next summer 😊

Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und bemüht sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste. In der Wohnung haben uns Obst, Wein und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten erwartet, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft ist bequem, sehr sauber und liegt in einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der private Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür – ein großer Vorteil, da in der Umgebung Parkplätze kaum zu finden sind. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft von Herzen und behalten unseren Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung.

Cazare excelenta aproape de plaja

Cazarea foarte aprope de plaja si de centrul statiunii. Apartamentul mare, curat si are tot ce ai nevoie. Proprietara este de nota 10 si ne-a ajutat cu informatii oricand am avut nevoie. Ce am apreciat a fost pachetul de bun venit care conținea bautura si fructe si mi s-a parut un gest foarte dragut. Langa cazare este si un restaurant cu mancate foarte buna si preturi decente. O sa revenim si cu urmatoarea ocazie

Понравилось все. Большая, чистая квартира. Терасса 👍👍 На кухне 3 кофемашины разного вида!! Эфи прекрасная хозяйка! Отдыхали семьей, все очень довольны. Будем рады вернуться сюда еще раз!

Все було чудово – проживання перевершило наші очікування!

Прекрасне житло! Ми чудово провели відпустку з моєю родиною! Будинок дуже просторий, з величезними балконами та комфортною атмосферою. Незважаючи на спеку на вулиці, всередині завжди було прохолодно – завдяки великому кондиціонеру та безшумним вентиляторам у кімнатах. Є велика ванна кімната та ще один окремий туалет – дуже зручно для сім’ї. Все було ідеально чисто, все приємно пахло. Господарі дуже доброзичливі та уважні – обслуговування було на найвищому рівні. Будинок знаходиться в центральному, але дуже тихому районі. Море лише за 3 хвилини пішки, а дитячий майданчик – приблизно за 200 метрів. Недалеко також є магазини, кафе та все необхідне. Кухня повністю обладнана, а ліжка – дуже зручні. Wi-Fi працював добре. Нашим дітям дуже сподобалося! Ми залишилися дуже задоволені та обов’язково повернемося ще раз. Щиро рекомендуємо це місце для сімейного відпочинку! -Цей будинок став для нас рідним – ми обов’язково повернемося!😀

Нам усе сподобалося – нічого поганого сказати не можемо!
