‏ Ideal for relaxing family . The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary domestic appliances, actually all someone can need to prepare a nice breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. The location of the villa is very convenient, few steps from beautiful beach. We highly recommend this house to families who want to enjoy relaxing days.

Everything else! House, the lawn and proximity to the beach is great!

House internet is not working when there is poor 3G/4G signal and that happened very often (house router has a mobile sim card). Hopefully there was a friendly neighbour Meggy who has a cable internet for which she offered wifi password. So with that and a wifi repeater which I carry when going on a vacation, we managed to compensate that. Also, it could be more quite in the evening (around midnight) because that is the time when many teenagers are going out by their motorcycles which can be very loud.

It's a beautiful house at a great location. Beach is 50m away, although the beach itself could be maintained better. Nice green common garden, excellent outside area where you can cook and spend time together. Could be a really great place if it's being taken care of.

Contact with the host was inconsistent, in the end the cleaning lady had to search for us in the nearby restaurant. The cleaning took 2h (!) in between guests for a big house, so the hygiene in the house is pretty bad. There are spider webs everywhere and the shower is full of mold. Facilities are old/failing, furniture is in a bad condition. There's no coffee machine, and we needed to buy even basic needs like sugar and salt. We never got the TV to work. WiFi is not strong at all, especially for 7 people. Only one key available for 7 guests. The list goes on.
