Good budget apartment

Sea front location, budget friendly, good shower, nice balcony with the view. Quiet location and good beach

The kitchen didn’t have even kettle or microwave. The internet was weak. Nothing much around you need a car to shop and go to cafes

It’s very convenient for a relaxing holiday with everything at one place - accommodation, restaurant and beach. The owners and staff are really welcoming. The apartment is clean, well maintained and equipped. Nice balcony for enjoying the sea breeze.

Since it’s right by the beach it can get noisy in the late hours whether from revving engines or noisy tourists. It’s better to close the windows at night.

Wonderful stay

Verz cozy, clean, sunny place with kind people. The beach bar is only 5-6 meters from the hotel, everything is very well maintained. And we also had a wonderful sea sight from the balcony.

We had to cut it short due to electricity outages. We could not sleep due to heat.

The owners are great, the location is amazing, and the beach is literally 20m from the apartment. We really liked the place.

Internet connection in the room was not usable, Nea Kalikrathia (the area where is the apartment) is notorious for electricity outages. The first night and morning we did not have electricity. AC could not cool down the sleeping room even when there was electricity. With a small kid, this was a big issue. If there was electricity and the internet was working, it would be ok.

Exceptional

Stay exceeded our expectations. Accomodation was as in the pictures, but it turned out to be more functional than expected. A newly opened beach bar is right in front of the house and offeres great umbrellas, sunbeds, great food and calm music and atmosphere, at a very affordable prices. We liked that there was no noise in the room. Hosts - Dimitris, George and their family were very attentive and kind.

Fantastic location, host Maria was always available if we needed something from sorting out minor issues to recommendations of local area. We have enjoyed the balcony and proximity to the beach with provided sun-beds.

Тhe location is perfect, next to the beach, for each room there is a private umbrella and sunbeds. Sea view from the terrace is very nice. Hostess is very kind and helful. She responded promptly to all of our requests. Internet is good.

Visited this place and were absolutely satisfied! We rest in Greece not for the first time, each time - in other places (so it is more interesting to us), but this year we were especially lucky with a place of rest: plain, to the sea - 1 minute, on all 4 rooms sunbeds! The sea is not deep, very clean, it warms up perfectly and at this time, there are a few pebbles, so it is more pleasant to swim in special shoes! The internet is great - even lying on the beach, I listened to audiobooks online all the time without any problems! The apartment has everything you need, especially a comfortable balcony: we never ate in the middle of the room, but only on it! Rested in September, the temperature is "super", slept under the lullaby of the sea, which was perfectly audible! Close to the supermarket (we were with a car, very convenient); Every Wednesday (but ask again, because on some holidays they can be postponed to "tomorrow") there is a bazaar in Nea Moudania — be sure to try the fish products — mega-fresh and delicious! irritable! .. And treated us, and gave gifts home, and solved problems (found a dog, helped to attach)! during the holidays we like to go (at this time they no longer work, the place is remote, tourists, at least, they do not benefit), so we went deeper into the settlement, or rather we were kindly brought there: the story with the dog brought us closer to another wonderful couple ( but this is another interesting story with a happy ending)! It's a quiet place near the sea. Nice balcony. Beds are comfortable if you like it hard. For us it was ok.

The bathroom is small. You can have a shower while sitting on the toilet ;) But it's clean. The WLAN in some rooms maybe not so good. It depends on the room. The apartment is quite simple.

Единственото, за което не бяхме подготвени, е че нямахме аква обувки, а за влизането във водата определено са нужни - каменисто е.
