The value for you money very good

The location is amazing! The check in possibilities very good and the staff was very friendly! We stayed here already 2 years ago. The value for money is very good.

The property is full of ants that very easily come in the house. The house dose not have a dishwasher (others at the same price offer it) and there is no clothes hanger. Some things should be replaced with new ones by the owner (especially the kitchen).

The sea at your fingertips

This was our second vacation in this house and we’ve had a perfect summer holiday again. The view from the terrace is amazing and now the new sun chairs make the afternoons more enjoyable.

The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the house offers everything you need for a simple and relaxing holiday. The sea is at your fingertips and is convenient for swimming as well as for boats and fishing.

COMFORT BY THE SEA & SAFETY

The house is located just 20 meters from the sea in an friendly residential area and at the same time just 200 meters from a touristic area with beach bars, terraces etc. There are supermarkets just 3-4 km away. The place is a few km away from the highway (express road), offering fast access to all the touristic attractions in Chalkidiki. We felt welcome, safe and comfortable. The house is surrounded by a generous private yard in which we parked safely. The house is spacious. Relaxing on the terrace, offering seaview and also a view of Mount Olympus, was a privilege for us. Plenty of facilities such as: AC, solar heating device providing an unlimited supply of hot water, BBQ, outdoor shower, refrigerator, washing machine or electric stove with oven made our stay comfortable. Habib, the owner, together with his friends, Heleni and Alexandros, took great care of the quality of our stay, with discretion and hospitality. We would LOVE to comeback here in the future! IMPORTANT : BY STAYING HERE, WE COULD LIMIT UNNEEDED INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PEOPLE, SO WE FOUND THE HOUSE IS OFFERING CORONAVIRUS SAFETY!!!!

Exceptional

We are family of 5 having spent 8 days in this house in August 2019. The owner is very friendly and cooperative. His representative brought us the keys immediately upon arrival. The house is really comfortable and clean. Air-conditioners in every room (not that hot though). You may enjoy sea view probably from every corner of the house as it is 20 meters from the sea shore and no other buildings hide the view. Picturesque terrace with sea view and bbq, we did enjoy spending time there and having family meals. At some weather you can see the mountain Olympus.. 2 minutes walk to a "central" beach, which is busy but not crowded. There are couple good restaurants at nearby hotels. You may also cook at home as kitchen has everything you need. Supermarkets and closest town are driving distance, however there is one small store 15 minutes walk - generally it has all major products to buy including fruit and vegetables which also can be bought from a car driving through the village couple times a day. There is also a fresh fish car - it drives fast, but you can stop it by hearing loud music from it. Usually in the mornings.

Местоположението е страхотно - на самият бряг на морето. В близост е плажът на Geoponica, където има разположени няколко бара и таверна. В къщата има достатъчно място, прекрасна тераса и двор, напълно оборудвана кухня. Обзаведена е с нови мебели, като има достатъчно място за съхранение на багаж! Неа Каликратия е на 5 мин. с кола, а може и пеша - около 30-40 мин ходене пеша.
