The design and amenities of the house are exemplary. Each room has AC, the master bedroom is very big, and the other 2 bedrooms are more spacious than in the pictures. Everything was superb. The design of the villa is exquisite and it’s visible that the owner was very into every detail. The kitchen has everything that you need and the garden was marvellous for the evening stay in. The outside shower is perfect for cleaning up after the beach. The patio is great for evening over a glass of wine. The seating area next to the living room is perfect for coffee in the morning. We were 6 adults and 1 child and had a wonderful vacation. Showers need to be done one by one since the boiler cannot withstand all bathrooms and kitchen at the same time but it is manageable easily. Vergia beach is very close to the house although keep in mind you have some stairs along the way and Vithos taverna is the only good option here. For a more inviting nightlife or tavernas I recommend going by car to Nea Kalikratia. We enjoyed the house very much that we will come back next year. Already recommended to friends and they also booked it. Recommend 100%. Best villa until now. No need to worry about anything and the design is brilliant! I’ve fallen in love with the house.
