女儿说，这是我们一家人到格鲁吉亚15天住得最好的公寓，位置极佳，老城中心，但是闹中取静，性价比很高。房东是画家，喜欢绘画的女儿特别喜欢房东的绘画。导航要特别小心，到了小广场就要立即从左边转小巷，否则往前就是单行道，我们绕了一大圈回来的。

Отличные апартаменты для погружения в город. Мы были первый раз в Тбилиси, поэтому было важно ощутить атмосферу старого города. Квартира расположена идеально, все в пешей доступности, вокруг огромное количество ресторанов, кафе, есть небольшие супермаркеты. Сама квартира комфортабельная, тихая, есть все удобства, кухня оборудована. Две спальни на втором этаже, матрасы удобные. Из разных окон виды потрясающие - и на старый город, и на горы, и даже немного на реку Куру. Огромный плюс - это хозяйка Нана, очень дружелюбная, готовая всегда помочь, подсказать, всегда на связи. В общем, если Вам нужна атмосфера старого города, комфорт и спокойствие за свое пребывание - вам сюда.

La casa ha una posizione centrale fantastica, è pulita ed accogliente. Completa di qualsiasi elettrodomestico. La signora è molto gentile e premurosa.

The location is superb, right in the middle of the Tbilisi Old City, short walking distance to the famous sulfur baths and the Narikala Castle cable car. The apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped (dishes, fridge, kitchen appliances, washing machine).
Old and dirty bathroom. Uncomfortable beds accessible only by steep and narrow steps. The owner living in a flat below who feels entitled to visit the apartment whenever she feels like and gives you nasty stares for using the air conditioner and/or microwave.
