I liked everything about the apartment and city so I extended my stay for 3 more days , lovely central place , beautiful apartment, friendly owner.

-Very central , it’s in walking distance to the main tourist attraction sites . - Apartment is equipped with everything you may need . It satisfied my expectations. - Even though it’s central the neighborhood is calm and quiet for a good rest at nights - Once you arrive you’re doing self check in so it is very good that you don’t have to wait for anybody. PS: there’s a black and white haired pregnant cat in front of the building please feed her if you can , she’ll let you pet her in return :))

Апартаменты с новым стильным ремонтом расположены в самом центре, но в тихом переулке. Есть все что нужно для комфортной жизни даже при длительном пребывании. Много мест для хранения вещей

Вид из окон на неотреставрированное заброшенное здание, но в принципе, в этом отражен тбилисский колорит.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment so much that we will definitely come back! It is perfectly located, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The owner is such a nice person and always available if we had any questions. Highly recommended!
