The place was so beautiful. This old building was a place that many people would stop to photograph it! It is well maintained. The rooms are modern and very clean. The bathroom excellent. The owner is very helpful and very easy to communicate for everything. Extra points for the balcony which we loved! we stayed at the ground floor room and indeed the room had a window at the road but I cannot say that this bothered us like some other reviewers. The location is excellent! I would love to stay again there if I visit Tbilisi again.
I give this room a 9 and not a 10 only for 2 small reasons.
1) Sometimes the bathroom would have a mold smell.
2) The windows are very old and in a bad shape
By tackling those two very doable things it will be an absolute 10/10

It was an apartment which offered exactly what we wanted. Comfortable, clean, spacious, in a very convinient location, right in the middle of the city centre.
The apartment had a major problem, which had nothing to do the host or the facility. It was on the ground floor and the window of the bedroom was facing the street. Every single night three men (the same every night) were gathering right outside of the window yelling, smoking, shouting, even one of them was throwing rocks with no reason. They were sitting less of 2 meters away of our bed. Even with closed windows we can hear them as if they were in the room. One time one of them was trying to see through the windows (I hope it was nothing more than curiosity), which it was inconvinient. That thing was lasting until 2 a.m. every single night. Also two days their "party" started at 6pm. These two days they stayed there for almost 8 hours in row.

it was clean and really the centre of the city.
The bed is very uncomfortable. two mattress put together to make it a double bed
There is a lamp on one side table but not on the other.
The room looks very different to the pictures the property needs renovation and upgrade
