המיקום מצויין - במרכז העיר העתיקה הדירה מרווחת וממוזגת. הכל היה נקי ומסודר. בעלת הבית אירמה זמינה באופן מיידי לכל שאלה.
קשה להגיע ברכב פרטי כי הסמטאות צרות. אך אירמה שמרה לנו חניה ממש מול פתח הבית.

We fell in love with our perfect hostess Irma, who made guests feel valued and completely at ease. She met us, helped us with parking, served delicious breakfast in the mornings, was helpful and flexible. And we definitely liked the location of the house - right in the heart of Old Tbilisi!

房东人很nice，虽然口语沟通不是很畅顺，但房东很醒目会用微信，可以做到无障碍线上沟通，需要什么帮助都能及时回应，最后一天做早餐手忙脚乱厨房没来得及收拾，也没有怪责，全程服务态度都很好。
有个房间空调有点漏水，两个冲凉房七个人用感觉有点不太够。本来以为是包早餐的，入住才发现booking推的套餐是不包早餐的，确实是自己大意了。
