About this house rental
The house is located in the oldest district of Tbilisi, in Sololaki, 2 minutes from the Freedom Square, 7 minutes by foot, under the Mtatsminda Park. There are 3 bedrooms in the house and 3 bathrooms. There is also an open shower in the bedroom patio on the first floor. All the bedrooms have their balconies, the bedrooms on the second floor also have mezzanine and there are two beds in each mezzanine. The loving room and the kitchen are on the first floor. You will also find porcelain kitchenware which is a family relic. The garden is the best place to rest in. There is also an open chimney in the backyard.
Historically, there was a family hotel in this house ( it was constructed in 1850, and was renovated this summer).

Unique landscape, the cleanest area = ecologically, where the cars' exhaust fumes and the noise can't reach. Shops and cafes on the lower street, a 2 minute walk.

From April 24 to 28, we vacationed in Georgia as a family and stayed in a beautiful house in the Old Town district. The hosts were kind and hospitable people. Because of our early arrival and late departure, they allowed us to check in and out at our convenience and even helped us arrange a taxi from the airport.The couple who owns the home used to work in journalism, and the house is filled with books, magazines, paintings, certificates, and awards. The cozy interior makes you feel relaxed from the very first moments. Each room has its own balcony, and there's a large patio covered in blooming wisteria flower, which filled the air with a wonderful fragrance during our stay.The house has absolutely everything you need for a perfect vacation. We contacted the hosts with any questions, and they responded immediately every time. We highly recommend these accommodations—this place will stay in your memory and heart forever!
