Villa Legend of Tbilisi

Booked the entire place and it was awesome. The villa is massive, we spent so much time exploring it and kept finding more and more balconies. Great place for hide and seek too lol. Beds are very comfortable, showers are great, and it had everything one needs to (very) comfortably live in and more. The villa itself is very pretty and honestly much better than the pictures. Location is superb, there's a nice view and it's in an area with lots of cafes, restaurants, and picturesque streets. There's a very convenient self check in system with very clear instructions so no need to wait for the host. While I didn't meet him in person, he was very friendly and responsive both on WhatsApp and Booking and answered any questions we had. Great value for money and definitely worth the upgrade for the whole place even if you don't necessarily need the extra rooms.

Kinda far from the metro, but it's honestly not very useful anyway and the bolt is very cheap.

The apartment is equipped to a very high standard—excellent and central location; central and tranquil. The view from all the balconies is breathtaking. The host was very kind and took care of all our needs. Value for money is above expectations. I highly recommend the place.

There is a slight odor of sulfur in the air originating in the bathhouses in the area. It is not disturbing unless you are sensitive to it.

This property is located in the old part of Tbilisi in walking distance from major landmarks. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby so you can enjoy all kinds of cuisines. The apartment was clean. The owner was very helpful. It is a perfect place for a family stay.

Perfect location in old Tbilisi, easy to reach city attractions and restaurants, very modern furniture and stylish interiors. Very welcoming owner, ready to assist with everything at any time of your stay. Terrace is something that will keep You stay every evening there! Very quite inside so that You could have a vey good sleep!

I would suggest to have a wider choice of pillows with different softness. The flat is very modern so could be good to have some wireless charging spots in master bedroom and living room.
