BB Residence Sololaki

Апартаменты в аутентичном дворике старого городе. Вход во все апартаменты с улицы. До центра 16 мин. пешком, до площади свободы 10. По пути есть оживленная улочка с барами и сувенирами. У нас были апартаменты "1 этаж" и "с одной спальней". Апартаменты 1 этаж - это те, где кирпичная кладка и что ниже уровня земли. Всё необходимое есть: утюг, несколько подушек, гладильная доска, фен,, много вешалок в шкафу, даже халаты ( за это отдельное спасибо) и одноразовые тапочки. Но, так как пол холодный ( в сентябре), лучше взять свои тапочки. Есть большой стол, именно из-за него мы выбрали эти апартаменты. Чайник, кофемашина ( было несколько капсул. Но если захотите купить капсулы дополнительно, нужно будет специально за ними ехать.. Внутри есть газовый обогреватель, который может обогреть комнату и полотенцесушитель.Есть даже гигиенический душ в туалете. Есть маленький холодильник и стиральная машина Газовая плита. Набор ножей, и всякая посуда. Жаль, что при маленькой кухне большой стол, а в других апартаментах наоборот. Фото,, в принципе, соответствуют действительности. Администраторы апартаментов всегда были на связи и помогали чем могли.

Были некоторые проблемы здания, администраторы пытались решить их.

Spacious and comfortable and we loved having a terrace in a traditional Georgian courtyard to sit out in, with friendly local cats. The area had character but was less touristy than the old town. Lots of storage and hangers for clothes. Having a washing machine was really useful. Mosquito nets fitted onto the windows stopped us getting bitten. 2 minutes walk to a couple of supermarkets, a French bakery, and traditional Georgian bakery. You can walk to the old town or Freedom Square from here or download the Bolt app for very cheap rides into the city centre. Traffic currently quite gridlocked in the neighbourhood as being diverted to the Sololaki area while they dig up/renovate Rustavelli Avenue, but hopefully this will be resolved at some point. Staff communicated well and were easy to contact via WhatsApp or phone if we needed anything.

The only issue in our flat, the one with the yellow sofa, was that every time you had a shower, it went all over the bathroom floor, making dangerously slippy. However, staff were quick to bring us extra shower mats and towels when requested to soak this water up.

Lovely location! In a beautiful courtyard full of trees and cats!

One of the bedrooms didn't have a window but other than that, it was great!

Very comfortable. Great facilities. Very convenient for the city and extremely good value. The management were so helpful and available whenever they were needed.

Externally it is quite run down. That didn’t spoil our stay in the least though. The building was in keeping with the old town generally.
