Royal Apartments Tbilisi

The apartment is in a great location and has a lot of really nice features. Large bedrooms. High ceilings. It looks like it was totally redone about 20 years ago.

Apartment was not clean. Rugs are filthy and should probably be thrown away. The bedding was not clean. My daughter found dried blood on her sheets. I checked the air conditioner filters in the kitchen and they were black with a thick coating of accumulated dust and dirt. Ashtray on the balcony was filled with cigarette butts. There were ants in the kitchen. Note that there is no air conditioner in one of the bedrooms, and even though my kids slept with the door open it did not cool off in the hot summer temperatures. With some better maintenance and cleaning this apartment could be a real gem. Also a final note that the owner of the apartment is a real gentleman, friendly, polite, and professional, but his daughter who handles the booking is extremely rude and nasty, even calling me names. She really made it a very unpleasant experience.

Cozy and clean apartment

I find difficulty checking in as there is no a photo of the entry or the door. I believe this can be avoided by earlier arrangement No elevator in the second floor

It is in the third-floor and no elevator

Everything was absolutely beautiful and comfortable amazing location right on shardeni street

The person who greeted us didn’t speak a word of English and the door lock is a bit tricky
