We had a great stay at this apartment with our family. The location is excellent, right next to the Avlabari metro station, making it very easy to get around, with shops, restaurants, and other amenities all within walking distance. A special thanks to Robert, who was an outstanding host. He was very friendly, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout our stay. He handled all of our requests openly and without hesitation, which made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is modern, stylish, and well furnished, providing a comfortable space for our family.
A few things could be improved: the bed mattresses were not very comfortable, there is no dishwasher, and the elevator and common areas of the building are quite old and could benefit from renovation.

קודם כל בעל הבית רוברט הכי גבר שיש! עונה תוך שנייה, עוזר בכל מה שצריך! באמת הכי טוב שיש! אנחנו קבוצה של 11 אנשים ולקחנו 2 דירות אחת מול השנייה . (אחת של 3 חדרי שינה ואחת של חדר שינה 1 והיה מרווח) החדרים ענקיים,המקום מעוצב בסטייל ונקי!! הדירות מאובזרות בכל מה שצריך. המיקום מעולה! בצמוד לדירות יש שוק וסופר. 3 דקות הליכה מהמטרו 10 דקות הליכה מפארק רייק רבע שעה הליכה מבית חב״ד (עם עלייה קטנה באמצע , אבל באמת שלא נורא) יש מדרגות בדירות - החדרי שינה בקומת הכניסה ובקומה התחתונה זה המטבח. בהתחלה זה מוזר אבל מתרגלים לזה וזה אפילו עדיף! באמת 10/10 לגמרייייי נחזור לפה שוב!!! תודה רוברט 🩷
