Местоположение просто шикарное. Дом тихий и старинный, конечно, некоторым может показаться маловатым и неудобным, но для нас после вылизанных отелей самое то, чтобы прочувствовать эстетику и атмосферу старого Тбилиси. Если ищите жилье по соотношению цена/качество/местоположение, то вряд ли найдете вариант лучше.
Совмещённый санузел, но такую планировку оправдывает площадь и местоположение жилья

Расположение! В самом центре, все красивые места рядом. Обменники рядом, сим-карту купили ночью в обменнике. Цена такая же как в Степансминде. Покушать - большое разнообразие магазинов, ресторанов, пекарен. Сам номер чистый. Но было прохладно. Включали обогреватель, только с ним спали. Парковка для машины сразу возле входа под шлагбаумом. Очень удобно и спокойно за машину. Для кухни есть все - посуда, моющее, губки. Даже чай и какие-то специи. Так же был фен!
В номере нет крючков для верхней одежды. Пришлось вешать на лестничные завитушки. В туалете внутри так же нет крючков для полотенец и одежды. Горячая вода то кипяток, то ледяная. На окне нет шторок, ночью свет от вывесок не даёт спать. Заставляли подушками, иначе не возможно заснуть. И очень слышно проезжающие машины, особенно ночью.

Хорошее место расположение. Отзывчивый собственник, все время был на связи. Был кондиционер и обогреватель, что в зимнее время является необходимостью для отопления. Огромное спасибо за сладости и необходимые мелочи (сахар, соль и тд) в апартаментах очень атмосферно (рисунки, книги и другое)
