location was excellent, as it took only 3 minutes to walk to freedom square and 10 minutes to old Tbilisi. All the important places are nearby. The apartment is good and the heating system works well, so there is no problem in winter. The host was nice, well behaved.
The lock of the main entrance's door was broken, although it was possible to lock it.

Great Location, spacious, have all the needed amenities, also kitchen supplies
The place is noisy because of the restaurant downstairs. It gets calm only after midnight. The curtain on the window in the front is so thin and can't cover the window fully. A better curtain would be so helpful. The bedsheet is polyester, would be great if it can be a cotton sheet.

Facile self check-in check-out e comunicazione in inglese con il proprietario. Pagamento in contanti, il padrone di casa arriva a riscuotere il pagamento. Posizione centralissima vicino a liberty square e vari negozi e ristoranti. Appartamento ampio in cui mi e' stats utile la presenza di una lavatrice.
Edificio un po' vecchiotto con tutto quello che ne puo' comportare. I dipendenti del ristorante sottocasa sono sempre davanti alla porta di entrata a fumare
