It has a center location, and spacious.
The agency did not respond to our issues, communication was slow, and they were ignorante. We did not have internet for days despite several whatsapp messages. The apartment needs proper maintance like walls are dirty, toilet is broken, doorknobs falled out, kitchen table is unstable.

Casa spaziosa, accogliente e arredata con gusto, dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e di ogni comfort per rendere il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Pulizia impeccabile e posizione eccellente, nel cuore del centro storico di Monopoli, ideale per visitare la città a piedi. Host molto gentile, disponibile e flessibile con gli orari del check-in. Consigliatissima!
Come unico consiglio, suggerisco di curare qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione, ad esempio alcune maniglie che risultano un po’ allentate. Poi, data la posizione in pieno centro, bisogna cercare parcheggi disponibili fuori dalla ZTL e in piena stagione non è facilissimo
