Great location in the heart of Monopoli. Ann was very helpful & met us on arrival, answering any questions promptly. Gorgeous roof terrace with a side view of the sea. Ann provided helpful information on both paid closer parking, as well as slightly further out free parking. The house was clean, tidy & authentically Italian, with everything we needed.
It was tricky with larger suitcases but it was made clear in the description that the house had 4 floors & staircases narrow. We just unpacked on the 1st floor.

The location was great. The house was comfortable and had everything you would need. The rooftop terrace was very nice. Anna was very accommodating.
Not a dislike but it is worth noting that space is tight and it has a lot of steps to go up to seating , bedroom and terrace.. Also the apartment is in the old town and traffic is extremely restricted so you will most likely need to walk with your luggage for 10 minutes. The apartment has everything you need but perhaps not the most modern.

The location was fabulous walking distance to everything we needed. Even the train station was an easy 15 min walk amazing patio to have morning coffees or evening drinks
For a five night stay it would have been nice to have access to more than one towel per person.

Anna, the proprietor, was very congenial and helpful in recommending places to eat and where to park. The apt was conveniently located off a small piazza along the coast line and close to lively Piazza Garibaldi. The apt. was quiet as well as in a quiet and charming alleyway. We would stay there again because of Anna and the roomy,comfortable apt which was also well equipped if one wanted to cook. Also, good location to walk to the historical sites.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. We would just give a heads up to those who are travelling by car- it a 20 min. walk to a 24/7 free parking lot-which was worth it. There is a closer one but you pay by the hour.
