+ Location of establishment is exceptional, close to everything + Good windows, noise isolation + Bed is brilliant, pillows not so much + Has nice rooftop, with a couple of friends can be pleasant for aperitivo up there. + Great Fridge/Freezer + Very clean

- Ad for Parking, was not very accurate, Free parking (street) but although is noted short distance is actually 15 mins walk from the house. We parked closer is Zone 1/D which is close to the old town. Charge times are extended, loads is reserved for Parking Pass only. If you dont mind paying there is a parking for €2/hr but is charged from 8am to 2am if i recall correctly. - Ad for breakfast also, as it was showing breakfast. But there was no mention of breakfast or anything else. Maybe i misunderstood but i booked it because breakfast was showing. - From photos you can't see how steep the staircase is (watch your head). I HIGHLY suggest you travel with backpacks and cabin trolley at max. 23kg bag will be tough to move around (we left in living room 2nd floor) - Toilet at bottom floor, bedroom Top floor, you arent aware of these from the photos either. Difficult especially if you wee at night. - Pillows feel the cheapest available. Only one per person. Suggested to host to add 2nd pair of pillows of better quality. - Shower room is tight, cubicle tighter. No caddy to leave Soap, shampoo. Must bend down in tight space. - Host suggested to meet twice, making us re-think of planning only to eventually say they cant make it. Which is fine but please if there is no need to meet, or you cannot meet it will be good to avoid such arrangement. - I booked from booking.com, but was then presented with a pdf guide of 7 pages. Directions on how to get key, recommedations where to park etc with map (outdated in some streets), and how to do the rubbish. I didnt know this platform became airbnb. Please keep it short and conscise. - Can be a bit loud if you go to bed early because of the bars below but generally ok (good windows) - City tax paid only by cash - 10am checkout when check in is at 3pm...

El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, la ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento estaba limpio, exceptuando el menaje, lo que supongo que es mas responsabilidad de los huéspedes anteriores las camas muy cómodas y sabanas limpias y agradables, había gel de baño, champú y crema corporal, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones eché un poco de menos que tambien hubiera AACC en la cocina, pero tampoco fue muy desagradables recomiendo 100%

La construcción se nota que era antigua y quizá un poco incomodo que cada estancia este en plantas diferentes es lo único "malo" que es un poco incomodo tener que subir y bajar para desplazarte, no lo recomiendo para ir con niños muy pequeños pues los escalones son muy altos.

Komunikacia ubytovatela, cistota, vybavenie ubytovania, lokalita.

Toto ubytovanie nie je s parkovanim, ako uvadza. Bezplatne parkovanie na ulici, vyrazne daleko od ubytovania, je skoro nemozne najst. Platene parkovanie bolo tiez velmi daleko, ale nasli sme si miesto. Preto by bolo vhodne upravit popis, nech nezavadza.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of the old city—and the owner is prompt and responsive.

The property we were given was not the one shown in the listing. While it may have similar dimensions, it was on the ground floor and felt quite claustrophobic, especially since we had booked expecting a sea view. The owner sends a message after booking stating the terrace is not accessible, but nowhere is it clarified that the property itself is different. Also, be cautious while using the stove exhaust—it was loose and nearly fell on us. Fortunately, there was no harm, and the owner had it fixed promptly after we reported it.
