The location is amazing, and despite the proximity, there was no noise; everything was clean and worked

Steep stairs , uncomfortable bed, small for 4, check-in 4 pm, check-out 10 am almost losing one day

Beautifully renovated and presented apartment. Right in the centre of Monopoli. Guilia was always in close contact for all of our needs.

Beautifully appointed. Very clean and recently renovated, nice towels, kitchen equipment etc. Washing machine was great and to be left with soap etc very helpful. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but fine for our kids. Amazing location- in the old town but very accessible from parking and bringing luggage into the old town. Host was very helpful.

Very steep steps to access the appointment. Not a problem for us but could be for those with small kids or older generation.

It was nice, clean & comfortable. Great location.

A deposit of 200 euro was taken. I signed the paper work without reading it assuming this deposit will be given back straight away but it was not given back for 23 business days. Didn’t appreciate that not being communicated. If we gave it in cash, would have received it back within 48 hours, only realised this when we were following up our deposit after a week, so if you book, give cash. Also took hours to get told the wifi password. Were told it will be in info sent after she left but had to request it a few times before receiving it. We were 4 people for 3 nights and only given 2 rolls of toilet paper. Lots of steep stairs to get up to apartment in which we were aware from other reviews and fine if you have someone able to carry your suitcases up.
