Palazzo Rattazzi

Nice and clean apartment. Great for 2 people. Manager kept us updated on location etc and was very helpful when we landed in the middle of the night.

A bit tiny for 3 people when sofa bed is pulled out.

The location was ideal being so close to the old town. Liked having a washing machine and small balcony.

Excellent location. Very comfy bed. Bright and clean. Good shower. Very friendly and helpful local agent/host.

Air-conditioning was adequate but not great. Kitchen equipment very limited. Balcony could have been bigger but it is a city centre property so probably to be expected.

The location of this property is fantastic. It's just a short walk into the historical centre, and by being located outside of it, you get to enjoy the quiet streets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved that there were two balconies. We could sit out and enjoy breakfast on one while using the drying rack to hang out our clothes on the other. The shower was also really good. The communication with the staff was simple and straightforward, they even dropped us off at the train station on our day of departure free of charge. I would happily stay here again, and can't recommend it enough!

The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time is that it's a self-check in. I found that out a couple of hours before arriving and it would've been nice to know prior to.
