La vue depuis la colline, le calme de la zone où etait située, la maison.

Il y a beaucoup de choses a revoir dans cette maison , elle etait propre mais ça ne suffit pas : une chaise longue etait déchirée sur la terrasse, il y avait une fuite d’eau au robinet de la cuisine que j’ai signalé, un des 4 feux de la gaziniere ne fonctionnait pas, la wi-fi ne marchait que dans le séjour, dès qu’on s’eloignait il n’y avait plus d’internet, la tv il n’y avait que 3 chaînes valides, toutes autres. chaines italiennes ne fonctionnaient pas, car pas de signal. La pomme de douche de la salle de bain de la grande chambre etait rouillée, la douchette se détachait avec la pression, le jardin n’etait pas soigné, on voit que cette maison avait été inoccupée depuis longtemps et que les controles de base n’avaient pas été effectués. La moindre des choses est que le jardin ait été nettoyé avant l’arrivée de nouveaux hôtes, on aurait dit la forêt vierge !!!!

Wir haben sehr sonnige und erholsame Ferientage in der Casa di Ester verbracht.

Die Casa di Ester ist wunderschön gelegen mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf Meer/Bucht von Porto Santo Stefano und die umliegenden Hügel des Monte Argentario. Ruhige Lage. Auf Terrassen angelegter Garten mit schattigen Plätzen zum langen Verweilen. Wohnliche Inneneinrichtung.

An der Einrichtung des Hauses gibt es wenig zu bemängeln. Die Küchenutensilien sollten vielleicht regelmässig überprüft werden (z. B. Messer, die nicht schneiden). Begrüsst hätten wir es, wenn ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestanden hätte. Das Vorhandensein einer Waschmaschine wäre von Vorteil bei einem längeren Ferienaufenthalt. Als grosse Herausforderung haben wir die Zufahrt zum Haus empfunden. Diese ist nichts für ungeübte oder ängstliche Autofahrer. Die Fahrt vom Hafen zur Liegenschaft dauert zwar nur 5 Minuten, es handelt sich jedoch um zum Teil sehr steile, sehr enge Strassenabschnitte mit Haarnadelkurven und Gegenverkehr bei wenig Ausweichmöglichkeiten.
