The private pool, for the exclusive use of the villa, inside the private property, is located right in front of the bedrooms with outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrellas, gives you the opportunity to take a refreshing swim at any time, a few steps from your bedroom and to relax with a good book in the shade of pine trees.

The house is fully equipped with A/C, Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker as well as all necessary home appliances.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und wir haben das Haus und die Umgebung sehr genossen. Ein nahezu perfekter Aufenthalt. Der Blick ist unfassbar schön; das gesamte Haus, die Terrasse, der Garten, der Außengrillplatz sind sehr gepflegt und wir hatten an Werktagen für 3 h eine Haushaltshilfe. Der Pool ist tief und groß. Wir hatten 15 min zu Fuß zu einer sehr schönen Bucht und auch nach Porto Santo Stefano ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Die Sonnenuntergänge und die Blicke auf die Yachten, die in den Hafen oder nach Giglio fahren sind sensationell. Der Parkplatz am Haus und Grundstück ist groß genug für 3 Autos.
Die Agentur (Antonella) hat sich bei Kleinigkeiten schnell um Verbesserung gekümmert und uns auch bei Buchungen z.B. für einen tollen Bootsausflug unterstützt.
Ganz kleiner Wehrmutstropfen für uns war, dass oben in den Schlafräumen Klimaanlage ist, dass aber unten im Wohnzimmer und in der tollen Küche keine Klimaanlage war bzw. die Beschattung am frühen Abend noch nicht optimal war - kommt aber sicherlich auch noch.
Wir würden aktuell das Haus für maximal 10 Personen empfehlen (da das Nebengebäude noch nicht renoviert wurde, kommt aber sicherlich auch noch, denn die Eigentümer-Familie kümmert sich auch sehr um die Pflege des Hauses)
