Mi sono trovata molto bene al cottage di Villa Sveva. È stato davvero rilassante svegliarsi immersa nella natura, tra ulivi e cicale. L’ambiente è tranquillo e perfetto per staccare dalla routine quotidiana.
Un punto in più va alla padrona di casa: gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca pace, natura e accoglienza autentica.

Lovely view - every evening the perfect sunset.
There are beaches and caves around the flat in walking distance, however some of the better beaches (in our pov) are in porto ercole (30min drive).
Nothing. Only thing is a bit a steep road to the parkig lot. But if you are not an unexperienced driver it shouldnt be a problem - slow and steady.

The house is exactly as seen in pictures. Quiet,nice place, fully equipped. You can spend great time at the patio or have an enjoyable walk to the city centre or down to the beautiful bay where you can easly swim.
