Super zentrale Lage in Porto San Stefano in Erster Lage zum Meer mit Balkon zum Meer. Tolle Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und auf den öffentliche Parkplatz hinterm Haus konnten wir durch die Anmietung kostenlos parken. Sabrina ist eine super nette Vermieterin und gab uns tolle Tipps. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es etwas kühler. Die warmen Decken lagen im Schrank bereit.

Der absolute Höhepunkt der Unterkunft ist die Lage im Zentrum und die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer und den Hafen. Das Zimmer war recht gross.
Das Bett ist ein umgebautes Sofa, das für uns etwas zu viele weiche Unterlagen hatte. Ich wechselte zum "Sofa", das eigentllich ein Bett war, und schlief dort besser. In der Ausstattung fehlten noch einige übliche Ausrüstungsgegenstände, vor allem in der Küche.

Posizione centralissima: parcheggio cittadino a un minuto ed esattamente sulla piazza centrale
Monolocale veramente ampio e luminoso e dotato di tutto, molto ampio è il bagno. L'appartamento è inoltre dotato di due balconi entrambi vivibili
Ottimo l'isolamento acustico degli infissi: nonostante sia al centro della movida, l'appartamento è silenziosissimo una volta chiuse le finestre (e c'è l'aria condizionata, altro plus)
Le scale sono risultate un po' ostiche (La struttura è al secondo piano senza ascensore), nulla di complesso ma forse le abbiamo sottovalutate noi considerando che avevamo un passeggino e una bimba piccola
Alcuni elementi (es. tenda doccia) andrebbero migliorati e sarebbe consigliabile lasciare agli ospiti qualche benvenuto (esempio un paio di cialde per il caffè di cortesia e/o una bottiglia d'acqua)

La signora un po' sulle nuvole, siamo arrivati dalla spiaggia e lei era seduta che stava ancora pulendo la casa. Ci volevamo riposare ma non potevamo perché lei stava finendo di pulire
