About this villa rental
Spacious villa surrounded by lush greenery, featuring a striking architectural design, two large terraces and a swimming pool, all with stunning sea views. The property is set within approximately 1 hectare of private garden and includes a large, shadowed outdoor dining area (patio) adjacent to the living room and kitchen.
The villa is located in the Poggio Calvello area of Monte Argentario, in an exclusive and private setting, yet in a highly convenient location: just a few minutes by car and approximately 20 minutes on foot from the centre of Porto Santo Stefano. The nearby beaches of La Bionda and Pozzarello can be reached directly in approximately 5–10 minutes walk. The beaches of Giannella and Feniglia, as well as the town of Orbetello, are approximately 15–30 minutes away by car.
From the main entrance, you enter the central part of the villa, characterised by a large wooden staircase around which the various living levels are arranged.
On the ground floor there is a spacious double living room with fireplace, a dining room with a large table, and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern comforts.
The first level is composed by two double bedrooms overlooking the main terrace and the sea, as well as two bathrooms.
On the second level there is a double bedroom with access to the pool area, two small twin bedrooms with single beds, and one bathroom.
The third level features a large double bedroom with two additional single beds and a bathroom. From this level, there is access to the large upper terrace with beautiful sea views.
The property also includes a separate guest annex featuring two double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed), a small room with bunk beds, a living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms, and a small private outdoor patio. The annexe shares the large garden and swimming pool with the main villa.
The villa offers 6 double beds (12 sleeping places) and 6–9 single beds, with 6 bathrooms, all equipped with showers, two of which also have bathtubs.
There are 7 outdoor parking spaces, both in the upper and lower portion of the garden. The road to get to the villa is winding and steep.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and traditional Italian moka pot, citrus juicer, toaster and hand blender.
The covered garage includes an internal laundry area with washing machine, an additional refrigerator and a chest freezer.
The outdoor patio features a dining table seating up to 18 people underneath a wisteria-covered pergola, a barbecue area and a traditional wood-fired oven.
The swimming pool measures 12.5 x 6.30 metres and is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, a parasol, a diving board and an outdoor hot-and-cold shower.
