We were welcomed really nicely. And having arrived by train given walking beach and bus maps. It was thoroughly explained to us before booking that it wasn't ideal without a car as on a hill just out of the town which was kind BUT thankfully we still booked as the location was perfect for our family. Away from the noise of the port we could wake up to birds singing and cicadas. The climb was hot in the middle of the day but near the end we realised there was another free bus that stopped close by. The house is quite basic in decor but clean and spacious. We really hope to come again. If you are fit I recommend no car and walking and busing everywhere! Thanks to Daniela and Paolo. P.s.There are mosquito nets at the windows but little gaps under so still bring repellent if you are tasty to mosquitoes!!!!

Wir waren Anfang Oktober in dem Haus, das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, einfach eingerichtet aber alles da, was man braucht, die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch, auch die Lage, ruhig gelegen, der Ort aber fussläufig erreichbar, es gibt eine Abkürzung über einen kleinen Trampelpfad und Treppen, dann ist man in 10-15 min im Ort, Supermarkt, leider lagen dort im Laufe der Tage sehr viele Scherben, da wir mit Hund unterwegs waren sind wir die letzten Tage „außen rum“ an der Straße entlang, da benötigt man dann ca 20-25min. Der Garten ist ein Traum, mit Hund super da komplett eingezäunt. Die Kommunikation, Schlüsselübergabe etc war top, danke an Daniela und Massimo. Es gibt einen Stellplatz fürs Auto auf dem Grundstück, die Einfahrt ist sehr eng, für unseren PKW hat es gepasst, bei größeren, längeren Autos könnte es ein wenig eng werden. Es gibt leider kein WLAN im Haus, das wäre eine Anmerkung für Daniela, ich denke heutzutage für viele wichtig bei der Suche nach einem Feriendomizil, da man natürlich viele Bilder macht, verschickt, postet haben wir ordentlich Daten verbraucht in der Woche. Eine weitere Anmerkung, allerdings nicht direkt an Daniela gerichtet sondern an die Mieter die vor uns drin waren: das Geschirr war leider größtenteils sehr schmutzig, wir haben nach Ankunft erstmal einiges sauber gemacht, das sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein, dass man benutztes Geschirr sauber hinterlässt, auch wenn es keine Spülmaschine gibt. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche in einem tollen Haus, würden es jederzeit wieder mieten

Quando entri nella proprietà hai subito davanti agli occhi un panorama mozzafiato!!! La vista sul mare che si ha dalla terrazza è qualcosa di incantevole. La casa è molto ben tenuta e arredata in modo semplice ma con tutto quello che serve. Per quanto riguarda la notte non abbiamo avuto bisogno di accendere né i ventilatori a soffitto né quelli da pavimento perché si stava bene senza. Anche fuori c'è molto spazio, tenuto bene. Siamo stati veramente soddisfatti di questo soggiorno.

La posizione è veramente fantastica. Zona tranquilla. Se piace camminare si raggiunge a piedi Porto Santo Stefano. Per tutte le altre necessità spesa spiaggia ecc bisogna avere l'auto. La possibilità di poter portare il cane aggiunge ulteriore punteggio favorevole. Ci ho lasciato il cuore spero di tornarci

la casa ha una vista mozzafiato ed è fresca. Ci siamo trovati bene. Mancano giusto delle prolunghe affinchè si possa usufruire delle abat jours e se il barbecue fosse stato agibile sarebbe stato perfetto. Comunque la casa ha tutto quel che serve per una splendida vacanza!! La consiglio!

E' stata veramente una bella vacanza: il posto dove si trova la casa è molto tranquillo, l'ampio terrazzo ha una vista splendida, la casa è confortevole. Giardino e terrazzo sono stati per noi il punto forte del nostro soggiorno. Ringrazio la proprietaria Signoria Daniela per la sua cordialità e il signor Paolo per la disponibilità e simpatia. e' difficile descrivere con parole quanto bene siamo stati io mio marito e soprattutto i ns. due cani.La proprieta' e' proprio come descritto e le foto non rendono giustizia alla vista dalle due terrazze della casa. Era cosi' rilassante stare li' seduti fuori immersi nel verde con sottofondo solo il rumore dele cicale che abbiamo faticato a muoverci nonostante la zona di PORTO SANTO STEFANO E L'ARGENTARIO in genere sia mozzafiato.La cucina e' piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario se non si vuole cenare fuori. La casa e' fresca eravamo un po' preocccupati per la mancanza di un condizionatore ma non era necessario sono bastati i ventilatori a soffitto. Ribadisco che il pezzo forte di questa proprieta' per noi e' la zona esterna:e' la prima volta che soggiorniamo in un posto che abbia soddisfatto al massimo le ns. aspettative di vacanza e relax. Ritorneremo senz'altro anche perche' siamo riuscito a fare 1/3 delle cose da fare e vedere come noleggiare un gommone, fare un' escursione all'isola del giglio, visitare il parco della maremma, fermardi a orbetello e la sua laguna che tanto riguarda quella da cui proveniamo, arrivare a tutte le cali e calette e ritornare una seconda volta alla spiaggia dei cani ovvero la Feniglia. Comunque per chi ama un po' di sano caos vacanziero la proprieta' e' a circa 5 min da porto santo stefano, anche se noi abbiamo preferito il piu' piccolo e "coccolo" porto ercole che comunque dista 20 minuti di macchina.Un grazie alla sig.ra daniela non l'abbiamo conosciuta personalmente da e' stata disponibile a rispondere ad ogni mia domanda

Abitazione perfetta per una vacanza in pieno relax. Si è circondati dalla quiete e dal silenzio, dalla bellezza di un ampio giardino ben curato, con tanto di scoiattoli che corrono da un albero all'altro, e da una vista mare spettacolare. Sulla collina a ridosso di Porto Santo Stefano, facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto per qualsiasi necessità, shopping e divertimento, ma anche a piedi per chi ama passeggiare, la casa è vicina al sentiero che porta alla bellissima cala della Cacciarella, così come alla strada panoramica, dove si è soliti fare lunghe passeggiate circondati da un panorama meraviglioso. Assolutamente da provare per chi ama la tranquillità, il mare limpido e il piacere di una casa singola con ampio spazio esterno per godersi lo spettacolo della natura. Sicuramente una scelta da ripetere! Un ringraziamento particolare alla proprietaria premurosa e disponibilissima!! Silvia
