About this cottage rental


Located on a hill 200 meters above sea level, it is a typical Tuscan house immersed in a complete natural context with panoramic views, starry skies and in a silent context with no neighbours.
House consists of living room with fireplace with panoramic view and kitchen, double bedroom, one large bedroom with 4 single beds (2 joinable to double) and bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub, outdoor shower, and is totally surrounded by more than 1000sqm of private terraced garden - 2 parking spaces.
NB. The last 800 metres are uphill and car is necessary; Being completely immersed in natural context of Mediterranean scrub and without neighbors, this house is ideal for those who love nature, walks, tranquility in a private context. Monte Argentario is an island promontory whose territory is completely different from the rest of the flat Tuscan coast.

Das Haus ist für Paare ohne Kinder perfekt. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Ohne Auto ist man dort allerdings sehr eingeschränkt-es gibt fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für und keine Restaurants. Wir waren absolut zufrieden, der Urlaub dort war wunderschön! Unbedingt ein Fernglas mitnehmen! Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist unglaublich schön! Morgens den Sonnenaufgang bewundern!
