Redelijk goede lokatie, vanaf balkon deels uitzicht op de haven/zee. Ruime kamers. Keuken van veel gemakken voorzien. Ruime parkeerplaats. Grote supermarkt op plm 40meter.
Hoewel het stil zou moeten zijn tussen 22-8u, begonnen de bovenburen na 22u aan hun dagelijkse fitness-ritueel. Vermoedelijk iets van een roeiapparaat. Dit was pal boven de grote slaapkamer. In het appartement was het koud. Ook het warme water was niet echt comfortabel om te douchen (vreselijke putlucht overigens, wat na gebruik gelukkig over was). Bleek dat de CV-ketel warm water vrij laag stond. Die wat hoger gezet. Bovendien stond de verwarming helemaal uit. Ook die ingeschakeld. Zo was het weer aangenaam. Jammer was ook wel dat er nagenoeg geen zon op (beide) balkons kwam. De flat er tegenover hield de zon tot bijna zonsondergang (half oktober) tegen. Daarna nog net wat zon om in het hoekje in zon te staan, voordat ze achter de heuvel verdween.
