The views from the balcony. It’s unique style. Lots of small details such as washing up liquid, towels for the beach, mats.

Impossibly hard to get to. Instructions wrong using google maps, phone number of check in person was wrong at start. If the lounge is used as a bedroom you are left with a tiny kitchen and an even more tiny balcony to spend time on. It’s looks soo much bigger on the pictures

Enticing apartment in lovely town

We stayed 2 nights. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was very well equipped with everything that one might need including beach stuff. It's quirky style was very inviting and made it a very pleasant place to be. The two balconies had lovely views. It was easy to walk everywhere and there are many little swimming spots nearby. Would recommend.

The parking situation is tricky. While the owner says its OK to park in grey zones it wasnt clear to us where these are. We ended up paying around 40 euro for parking in a car park close by... its free from midnight to 8am.. it should be much clearer when booking that its likely there will be parking costs. The owner did mention that parking can be a problem in high season but not really clear enough on what to expect.

Exceptional experience for just normal money.

Furnished with a very nice taste, with exceptional views, in a very special place and with a great value for money (note I visited at the end of March, no idea about high season prices).

Parking wasn't easy even in off-season, but that's kind of expected in such a place.

Top spot in Porto Santo Stefano

Excellent position in the city centre, nicely furnished and large flat, sea view from both balconies.

Guests are requested to dispose of rubbish themselves upon checkout. This is highly unusual (first time I ever had to actually) and all the more annoying as there are no garbage cans in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

Nella casa abbiamo trovato di tutto e di più. Curata nei dettagli e nell'arredamento.

Troppe SCALE da salire. Difficile trovare parcheggio, mi immagino che odissea sia in estate.

Überzogener Preis für ein Studentenapartement

Klimaanlage, stabiles WLAN, guter und konstanter Wasserdruck,sauberes Bad.

Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, jedoch in der Realität wirkt sie mehr wie eine Studentenbude. Die Möbel sind vom Flohmarkt oder oder aus Holzkisten zusammengebaut. Alles in allem wirkt die Wohnung zwar fantasievoll gestaltet, aber doch sehr billig, teilweise auch schäbig, siehe Fotos. Der Preis von fast 200 € ist meiner Meinung nach völlig überzogen. Ich spreche zwar sehr gut italienisch, aber einen Unterkunftsvertrag mit juristischer Sprache kann selbst ich nicht problemlos übersetzen. Nachdem ich diesen nicht blind unterschreiben wollte, musste ich ihn mühsam mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm übersetzen lassen.

Perfetto

Appartamento funzionale, ben arredato, spazioso, e con tutti i confort possibili. La doccia era gigante, letto largo e comodo, cucina super accessoriata. Super apprezzati gli oggetti da mare a disposizione in casa. Comunicazione veloce e efficiente. Rapporto qualità prezzo super. Ci tornerei volentieri (e ci resterei più giorni!). Menzione d'onore ai due balconcini con vista mare: sarei rimasta ore affacciata a quello del salone - vista mozzafiato.

Da tenere a mente che l'appartamento è quasi in cima di una scalinata del paese - e bisogna aggiungerci 3 piani di scale del palazzo. Per me non è stato affatto un problema, ed era stato correttamente comunicato dall'host, ma non adatto a tutti tutti.

Appartamento vista mare! Bella bella bella

Struttura super accogliente e pulita! Dotata di tutto quello che serve (non c’è la tv ma quando si va al mare non si sta mai a casa, quindi non serve) Proprio una casa da paesello di mare , molto ben studiata! Io, mia moglie e i miei 3 figli (6anni e due di 3anni) ci siamo trovati davvero bene, anche se la casa è al terzo piano senza ascensore nel pieno del centro storico “rione fortezza”, i bimbi hanno camminato e si sono divertiti un sacco osservando il mare dai balconi ! Mia moglie l’ha adorata!

Fantastische Unterkunft in der Altstadt

Das Highlight waren die zwei Balkone mit herrlichem Blick über die Altstadt aufs Meer. Die Vermieterin war sehr entgegenkommend, die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet, ein Wohlfühlort!

Divertimento con Amici

In casa c'è tutto quello che serve per affrontare in tranquillità una vacanza di qualche giorno. La struttura è ben gestita, pulita, con tutti i confort che una casa deve avere. Nadia molto disponibile nei consigli. La vista dal balcone è molto suggestiva e si ha la possibilità di cucinare.

Parcheggio inesistente nei dintorni. Ci sono dei parcheggi ma nei periodi più affollati è impossibile trovare posto, quindi bisogna parcheggiare a circa 1,2Km a piedi nel parcheggio dove fanno il mercato (il martedì).

Schöne Unterkunft, Lage und Parkplatzthema beachten

Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer Balkon auf den Hafen ist mega. Auf dem anderen Balkon kann man den Sonnenaufgang sehen, ist auch schön. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sogar 1 Flasche Wasser und ein Begrüßungsgetränk war da. Kaffee oder Tee konnte man sich auch zubereiten. Perfekt!

Man sollte sich genau durchlesen wo die Wohnung ist. Es ist immer mit bergauf und Stufen verbunden und dann auch noch 3. Stock (ohne Aufzug). Mit Gepäck ist das echt eine Herausforderung bei Hitze. Die Parkplatzsache ist auch wesentlich in Porto Santo Stefano. Wegen einer Veranstaltung war am Lungomare der Großteil der Parkplätze abgesperrt für 2 Tage, was es natürlich schwierig macht. Des weitern ist parken wirklich extrem teuer und wird lückenlos und umgehend kontrolliert, wenn man nur 5-10 min zu spät kommt hat man gleich 2 Tickets - 1 von Parkservice und 1 von der Gemeinde. Ich hab fürs parken für 3 Tage letztendlich über 50€ bezahlt. Was man berücksichtigen sollte, wenn man sich hier einbucht.
