Výborná lokalita s dostupností všech služeb. Ubytování prostorné, velká terasa, klidné a tiché prostředí, k dispozici čistý bazén i menší bazének pro děti. Apartmán vybaven vším podstatným, i když ne úplně novým, nicméně funkčním zařízením. Klimatizace v přední části apartmánu. Úchvatný výhled na přístav.
Cesta k apartmánu je do poměrně náročného kopce, i příjezd do garáže je po užší a strmější cestě. Garáž je užší, ale pohodlně se vejde např. Škoda Superb. Vedle apartmánu lze sejít po schodech až do města (cca 200 schodů). Určitě ale následný výhled z terasy stojí za námahu.

The view and the comfort, the staff were friendly too
There’s a terrible smell coming from one of the showers (we never used it), and because of the intense watering of the outdoor plants (possibly upstairs from the property) there’s a mess on the terrace every morning (lots of pebbles and mud), which means you start your day by sweeping the terrace each morning.

The view.
This is an old, family apartment that is in a dire need of renovation. The view is wonderful but the rest of the apartment is desperate for some love. It is an old family home that appears to be for sale (there was a for sale advertisement inside the apartment) and so clearly no money will be spent to fix it. We entered to a very stale smell, a broken kitchen tap (which the agency repaired the following day), no air conditioning in the bedrooms only the sitting room (we requested fans which the agency delivered the next day), curtains in the bedroom and living room that were broken so we could never close them to keep out the light, no coffee maker - just two tiny Italian stove top coffee pots that poured a thimble of coffee (on request the agency delivered a larger one so at least two of us could have a morning coffee). We were only staying here as we had family close by and needed a couple of extra rooms and thhat is how we treated it but please don't book it for an actual holiday. You will be disappointed.
And beware, the driveway into the apartment is very steep and with a sharp and narrow bend. Our normal sized car would not fit into the garage which was designed for cars from the 1950s (the age of the building). Fortunately, my Italian husband could maneuver the car out, back up the drive and we found some street parking (not always a given in the middle of summer). The agency gave us a residents sign so we could park on the street.
