La villa è molto bella, con una vista spettacolare su Porto Santo Stefano dalla terrazza panoramica, e la possibilità di godersi una vacanza rilassante. La possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno della proprietà è un bel vantaggio. La villa è dotata di quasi tutti i comfort per alloggiare.
Nel prenotare conviene tener conto della posizione, la villa è vicina al centro(15 minuti a piedi ) ma in cima ad una salita abbastanza ripida. Sarebbe consigliabile se dotati di auto assicurarsi non sia troppo grande, in generale le strade del Monte Argentario sono strette e con curve frequenti. Suggerirei anche un ammodernamento dei servizi del bagno, un po’ retrò e non del tutto funzionali, e una pulizia più accurata. Per il resto tutto okay.

wunderschönes vollausgestattetes Feriendomizil mit Ausblick auf die Altstadt und das Meer. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Sportliche Aktivität beim Besuch der Altstadt garantiert. Aufstiegsdauer ca. 15 Minuten.

Good view, but note that there is no wifi. Facilities were fine, comfortable bed, very basic amenities. Furnishings are out of date but clean. Nice to park off-street. Some people walk into town but we found it quite a distance and steep uphill on return.
There is NO WIFI at this property. It is not mentioned specifically in the listing so note that it is not included. For the price I find this very disappointing, not to mention that these days wifi is standard in all rental properties globally where possible.
