About this apartment rental
The house overlooks the ancient port of Porto Santo Stefano all'Argentario. Currently used only by pleasure craft and is therefore silent and pleasant at any time of day. The building is located in the center of the village with all the premises and activities within walking distance. The house, on two floors, has two double bedrooms and a bathroom divided into a toilet and shower area. The kitchen is large and equipped with all the comforts, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The large living room overlooks the sea and has a very nice balcony for summer evenings. The style of the house, recently renovated, is contemporary marine, all in parquet, with air conditioning, wind shovel, music system, digital terrestrial television, central heating.
The house is perfect for a family that wants to live life in the center of the country, go walking to the sea near the village, or embark on a yacht at the port. It is also suitable for two couples of friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday at the Argentario .....

We just spent around two weeks' vacation in Porto Santo Stefano and stayed in this very nice flat. The flat itself is small but very comfortable and arranged with grace and taste. Just sitting on the balcony has been a great pleasure for me: looking at the sea, watching the people below passing by and taking a selfie became my favorite hobby! The property manager is friendly and very accommodating too. I give with pleasure the highest score!
