About this apartment rental
Completely renovated recently, and tastefully decorated and furnished with taste and design.
Nice and large terrace with seaside view, equipped for open air life with amazing view of the sea, lagoon and the town of Orbetello. Terrace is equipped also with gas barbecue, sink with hot/cold water, cooking place and hot water shower. Just below the level of the terrace there is a one level garden with olive trees and typical mediterranean plants.
In the interior there is a large living room with open kitchen and a 4 till 8 places table. Next to the kitchen an useful lumber room with 5 kg washing machine. On the opposite side there are a 3 places sofa (which becomes a double bed), armchairs and pouffs.
There are 3 comfortable bed rooms with seaside view, all equipped with wardrobe, hatstands and shoe racks. First is with double bed, second with twin bed and last one with a bunk bed with third bed extractable.
All house is equipped with air conditioning and heating system, with independent units.
Ideally located in a quiet area, but not far from town and sand beaches Giannella and Feniglia. Possibility to go by walk (but with 100 m climb down) to the "Bionda" small bay with sand and rocks.

We stayed for one week and loved every minute of it.
The appartement is just as you see it on the photos: furnished with style and with great love for details, and equipped with really everything you need. You directly feel at home away from home. And, on top, ist has a very good air condition!
The terrace and the garden offer a beautiful view – and really everyone should at least once take a shower outside! Wonderful!
Monte Argentario is a very special place, with great beaches – form cliffs, perfect for snorcheling, up to sandy places with a fabulous sunset, perfect for families with kids.
So all in all: We will surely return!

Just completed perfect stay in the apartment. The apartment is perfectly equipped with all necessary, good beds, air conditioning in all rooms and not least an absolutely perfect terrace with gas grill and stunning views
However, you must know that in order to get to the nearest town (Porto Sant Stefano - about 1,2km) you should drive by car. When you get there you can spend 30 minutes to find a parking space. Yoy can walk in there, but it's dangerous due to a narrow road without sidewalks with much traffic.
There are very nice beaches nearby, but these are also difficult to access due to the high traffic
Last comment - hope the owner will arrange the very bad and very steep drive to the apartment - it requires some routine to drive your car up there

Location en tous points conformes au descriptif sans aucune mauvaise surprise. Une vue imprenable sur la mer, une grande terrasse et un petit jardin à l'ombre idéal pour la sieste sur un transat. La maison est tout équipée et Marcello, le propriétaire, très réactif pour répondre aux mails. La maison est à 300 m des premières plages. Le seul petit hic c'est qu'il faut longer un peu la route (200 m) pour y accéder. Mais ensuite on est très vite dans des tunnels pietonniers (seuls quelques bus passent à vitesse très reduite). Il faut alors 20' pour rejoindre la très agréable ville de Porto Santo Stefano. Ces tunnels sont très fréquentés par les runners comme moi car il permettent de courir en toute sécurité sur 1000 m et à l'ombre ! Depuis notre location nous avons pu visiter l'ile de Giglo (1 heure de traversée), Massa Marittima (à 1h15 de route) et le très joli village de Pitigliano (1h15 de route aussi). En alternant ainsi visite et baignades tout le monde a pu trouver son compte : enfants comme adultes. Bref un super séjour en famille !
